Diamond Within - Vi x OC

Georgia woke up in an unfamiliar place. She got up out of the bed and jumped when she realized someone was next to her. The windows were open letting in a soft breeze into the room. Toys littered the floor. Geo glanced at the person next to her.

"Vi?" 

Vi stirred at the sound of Geo's voice, her eyes slowly opening. She was disoriented for a moment, feeling like she was in a dream.

"Geo..." she mumbled, her voice still thick with sleep. "Good morning" She got up and started stretching. 

The door flung open to reveal a small girl about 4 years old. She had curly pink hair, tan skin, and Geo's eyes. 

"Mommy, Mama, it's my birthday!" The girl jumped on their bed.

"I know pumpkin." Vi laughed as the girl jumped up and down. 

Geo gaped at the both of them. What was going on?

Geo's mind was spinning as she tried to make sense of the bizarre world she had suddenly found herself in. She stared at Vi and the child, her mind racing with questions and confusion.

"This is a dream," she mumbled to herself, looking down at the toys on the floor. "This has to be a dream."

But the child on the bed was clearly real, as was Vi, who looked at her with a mixture of exhaustion and affection. Geo couldn't help but feel a wave of deja vu as she looked at them.

"Come on mama, we are going to Aunty Caits house today!" the girl giggled.

Vi stifled a yawn, smiling at the excitement in the girl's voice.

"I know sweetheart," she said, ruffling the child's hair. "But give mommy a few minutes to wake up, okay?"

The child pouted but nodded, clambering off the bed and running out of the room.

Vi chuckled, turning to Geo with a weary smile. "How's the baby?"

"Baby?" Geo echoed, and then her eyes widened as realization dawned on her. "Do you mean..."

She glanced down at her stomach and lifted up her shirt to see a small but distinct baby bump. Her hands hovered over it, her heart pounding in her chest.

"I'm pregnant," she whispered, her voice filled with disbelief.

"Yeah I know, it's 6 months." Vi got up from the bed trying to pick up toys. She was wearing an oversized shirt and only underwear.

Geo's mind was reeling as she tried to process this information. She was pregnant. Not only that, but she was 6 months pregnant. How did this happen? Her head was swimming with questions.

She looked at Vi, taking in her appearance. The older woman was rummaging through the toys in the bedroom, looking more like a tired mom than a fighter.

"Are you ok diamond?" Vi looked at her strangely picking up a toy bunny.

"Yes, yes. Is she our daughter?" Geo gestured to the door where the girl left.

Vi laughed. "I would hope so." 

"What's her name?"

Vi looked at her strangely again "Felicia. Are you sure you're ok?"

Geo sat there for a moment, processing the information. Felicia. Their daughter. 

She had a family now, a real family. It was a thought that both scared and excited her. She started sobbing.

Vi, taken aback by Geo's sudden outburst, quickly put down the toy bunny and rushed to her side. She sat down next to Geo and wrapped her arms around her.
