Amazing drawing, I have to say. Wow.
TBH, he didn't want a group that big, but he's not the type to complain. Pretty quiet guy, mostly watches from a distance. He holds them together, you know.
Why him, you ask? Well, you see, you can't have Fuya san being the leader, and definitely not Haa san. It wasn't really the job for Moriko, he mostly looks out for Fuya san.
Kitzu is a good right-hand person, but she would never take leader. She's too unpredictable.
So you see, Hokume is leader.
