You didn't know where Kyungsoo and Subin were but you were sure they left because what happened between you and Jongin. You would have done the same because what Jongin made you feel wasn't what a friend was supposed to feel for another. And it scared you to the core. He made you feel safe, as if everything was finally fine and nothing or nobody could hurt you. You felt as if you belonged with him. All these feelings that you had for him and you were trying so hard to restrain were overwhelming you now. You needed to get out before something else could happen. Jongin was your friend, you needed him so much and not for anything in the world you would ruin the friendship that you both just had recovered. If you'd let your feelings out and lose him again, you didn't know what you'd do. You couldn't go through that again. All the pranks and the rumors he invented for the last two years wasn't what hurt you. It was losing him; losing your other half. You had to lock your feelings for him up.

You finally lifted your head and dared to look at him. He was still holding you; his eyes looking at you with concern. Your wet clothes were beginning to make you feel cold but his only presence was warming you up.

"Are you ok?", he said as his fingers gently stroked your jaw line. Shivers ran along your body at his simple touch. You nodded as you stood up, breathing hard.

"I need to find Kyungsoo", you said.

"Wait", he said as he tried to take your hand but you moved it away. You couldn't let him touch you again. His touch was like electricity; it ran through all your body, connecting you both. Before he could say anything else, you left. You went to the parking lot to look for his car but it wasn't there. However, you found Subin, leaned against Jongin's car as she looked at the ground.

"I'm sorry. I...", she began but you cut her out.

"Where's Kyungsoo?", you asked.

"He left like a quarter of an hour ago", she replied. She looked as if she was about to cry. "I'm really sorry for what happened", she said.

"It wasn't your fault", you replied harshly. It was true; you just slipped. It was an accident. You weren't annoyed with her for that. You were annoyed for what she said. She was talking about Jongin as if he was her property and a toy she could just play with. You knew Subin used boys and you never really cared about that because if boys were so stupid to fall into her clutches it was their problem. But Jongin... It just irritated you. Y

ou looked around the parking lot again. You felt so bad for Kyungsoo. He was so good; he didn't deserve any of that. Subin was about to say something again but you turned around; bumping into Jongin.

"We're leaving. You need to rest", he said emotionless as he opened the trunk and put inside the stuff you brought to the beach.

The ride back home was deadly quiet. You were on the back seat as Subin was the copilot. She didn't speak a word or look at Jongin and neither did him.

"Rest a little while I leave her at home", Jongin said when you arrived to your house. You noticed he clenched her teeth when he said "her." He didn't say Subin's name. Actually, he wasn't even looking at her; he was only looking at you. It was as if Subin wasn't there.

You got inside your house, walking tiredly. You took a quick shower before you took your phone. You didn't know what you were going to say but you needed to make that call. You breathed deeply as you dialed Kyungsoo's number.

"Yes?", his voice sounded flat at the other side of the line.

"Ahhh... Kyungsoo? It's me...", you said. You kept silent for a moment as you tried to construct the words in your mind. "C-can we meet? I need to talk with you", you said nervously. He sighed against the phone.
