Chapter 100: An Old Battle

*Amy's P.O.V*

"You look cute in that picture." I said to Eli as we're lying in a bed in the hotel room.

It was actually just supposed to be his and Miguel's room but then Sam and I found out that Robby made a bet with a member from Cobra Kai. A bet that had him having his and Demetri's room so now they have to room with my boyfriend and Miguel. Eli and I are currently taking pictures.

"Send me that one." He tells me. "I want to make it my lockscreen."

I smiled at him. "I will, I promise."

Eli gave me a kiss on the forehead as he watched me send the photo to his contact. Sam and Miguel were in the room too and we all saw Robby and Demetri come into the room with their luggage.

"Well, this sucks." Miguel said.

"Not a very smart gamble, boys." Sam tells them and I nodded, agreeing with her. I swear, is this what boys do when Sam and I aren't around?

"Yeah." Demetri said, "Somebody said it wasn't gonna be a gamble."

"I didn't want to get involved, remember? I told you to stay away from Cobra Kai. It's so simple." Robby defended himself.

"Well if it's so simple, why don't you follow your own advice?" Eli spoke up.

"What are you talking about?" Robby asked.

"We all saw you talking to Tory."

"Look, man!" Miguel stood up. "I know it's hard right now. You're dealing with her decision, just as all of us."

I sighed, looking at Sam before speaking, "I wouldn't say that exactly. You knew Kreese came to Tory."

"What? You did?" Miguel looked at his brother.

"Yeah. I.. I mean, I knew that Kreese went to Tory, yeah, but it was before her mom died. He was trashing Miyagi-Do, saying she wasn't gonna have a fair shot. She told him to get lost. Come on. I didn't know she was gonna do this."

"Really? This is what Kreese does." Sam piped up. "He played her. And he played you. And you lied to us about it."

"Come on, guys." Robby said, "That's not fair. I didn't lie."

Robby tried getting Miguel to talk, hoping that he would speak up, defend his brother. But by the look on Miguel's face, I know he's thinking the same thing as the rest of us. Robby looked in disbelief. Then I saw him turn to me.

"Amy, what would you do?"

I stared at him, confused. "What would I do about what?"

"Let's say you're in the same situation as me.." He started, "And you find out that Hawk had rejoined Cobra Kai. How would you feel about that?"

"Don't answer that." Eli tells me.

"You don't speak for her." Robby said to my boyfriend.

"That's such a bullshit question."

"No, it's not. It's hypothetical."

"How about you just stop?" I said, standing up and facing him. "I'm not the one that's unfocused. I'm not the one who's literally gonna ruin the tournament if you can't get your shit together. As Eli said, maybe take your own advice and stay away from Cobra Kai, away from Tory. I know you care about her but we're your team, not her. You need to be there for us."

I let out a sigh before starting to leave the room. I don't want to deal with something like this. Robby needs to get it together. What he's doing and trying to get to Tory isn't gonna help us when we're fighting.
