*Amy's P.O.V*
Eli, Demetri, and I have been exploring Barcelona for what feels like an hour. It could've been longer but we aren't keeping track because we are just enjoying each other's company and having a great time together.
We've taken a visit to Park Guell where we are able to see the colorful mosaics and whimsical structures. It was absolutely fascinating and I know that Sam has mentioned this place so I can only hope she explores it too. She would love it.
Occasionally, Demetri would spit some facts about certain structures which would make Eli and I glance at one another but we were enjoying his explanations either way. It made the experience more fun because we were learning something new.
It made more new memories and I'm glad that I was able to create them with my boyfriend and one of my best friends.
Once we finished exploring Park Guell, we ended up back on the beach, letting the sand get caught in our shoes. That is really the only reason I hate the beach because of the sand but I do love beach views. So I can't be mad for long.
"It was absolutely amazing." Demetri gushed, "I'm glad we got the chance to take a look at it before the tournament is over."
"It was so beautiful." I said to the two boys as we were getting into a conversation about exploring Park Guell.
"I can see why people talk about it a lot." Eli nodded.
"It's a number one recommendation." Demetri continued to beam, still feeling the excitement course through his veins.
"And now we can say that to other people if they were to ask us about Barcelona." I heard my boyfriend say as the binary brothers continued to talk about the fascinating structures.
I would stare out to the ocean as the boys would get lost in conversation. I wanted to take in the view because it was beautiful. I think the ocean can be magical in some way.
"After today.." Eli let out a breath, "It goes back to karate. The semi-finals are next and Robby and Sam have tough opponents."
"Robby has it tough." Demetri coughed, "He's up against Axel the Invincible who hasn't been hit once during the tournament."
"Axel isn't a bad person." I stared at my tall friend.
"How would you know?"
"Because I've talked to him before."
"But for how long?"
I sighed at Demetri's question, "The conversation wasn't long. We were literally talking for a few minutes before we had to get ready for the bed competition. It was before the second platform one."
"That makes sense now.." Demetri snapped his fingers.
"What makes sense?" Eli asked.
"During that competition.." Demetri went on, saying, "I saw Axel take a look at Amy. But also Sam."
"He saw us before we even had the chance to talk to him. Sam and I saw him with his sensei. And Axel was getting hit which isn't right at all."
"That also explains how you and Sam were getting on our case when we said that he looked like a monster."
I'm surprised Demetri remembers this but he does have a good memory so I can't be too shocked.
"Speaking of Sam.." Eli said, looking at me, "Have you heard anything from her? Has she texted you?"
"No but I think she's still training. I think they'll be busy for a few hours."
"It is the semifinals."
