Raph was in charge of taking the girl home before daybreak. Everyone else seemed too exhausted to even be awake that early, so it left him alone with her. She was already awake when he had woken up. Raph assumed that she didn't sleep at all last night, but decided not to say anything.
She was probably scared, or something.
After a few minutes of forced conversation and a couple bites of left over pizza, Raph brought her outside. It was early, but New Yorkers were already up and about, going to work or going for morning jogs.
Raph hadn't wanted to bring (Y/N) up to the rooftops. He didn't want to carry her across the jumps, but he had to, now.
He sighed. "Get on."
"Get on what?"
"Are you stupid, or something? Get on my back. We have to go on the roof."
She muttered a quiet "Oh." And climbed onto Raph's back.
He quickly made his way above and onto the rooftops. He ran fast and jumped from building to building. (Y/N) held onto him tightly.
Eventually, he made it to the apartment building she said was hers. He set her down on the roof.
Raph began to return home until he realized that (Y/N) wasn't going inside.
"What? Is the door locked?" He asked.
"No." (Y/N) shook her head. "I just...don't want to go inside just yet."
"Why not? Don't you want to sleep? Or eat something?"
"No. I want to watch the sun rise."
Raph was a bit surprised by her answer. But then again, she was a girl. Girls liked sappy sunrises and sunsets.
He, on the other hand, didn't get them.
He wanted to go home, but something inside him told him to stay. Raph leaned on an air conditioning unit with his arms crossed a few feet behind her.
She turned around. "Why are you staying?"
"I'm supposed to make sure you get home." He said simply.
"I am."
"And inside."
"Oh." She smiled ever so slightly. "Thank you."
"Whatever." He grunted.
He waited for what felt like forever for the sun to rise to (Y/N)'s liking. She didn't say anything until she was at the door leading downstairs into her apartment building.
"I'm sorry I made you wait so long." With that said, she went inside and quietly closed the door.

When Raph returned to the lair, he was bombarded with questions.
"What were you doing?"
"Where were you, dude?"
"We're you outside?"
"Where's (Y/N)?"
"Aw, man, did you lose her?!"
"Is she okay?"
Raph walked past them before they could ask him anymore questions. "Chill out." He simply said. "I was bringing her home."
"You brought her home?"
"She wanted to leave, so I brought her home."
All three of his brothers stared at him in shock.
"Relax. There were no Foot Clan soldiers. I checked."
"Raph, she could be in trouble!" Donnie protested.
"Yeah, but she isn't. I brought her home, she watched the sunrise and then went inside. Nothing bad happened."
"Wait a second," Mikey spoke up. "You watched the sunrise with her?"
"What? No! I just...I stayed to make sure she was okay."
"Raph's got a girlfriend~" He sang.
"No I don't! Shut up!" Raph stood up quickly, his temper getting the best of him.
Leo and Donnie snickered as Mikey continued to tease him. Eventually, Raph had enough and began chasing Mikey around the lair.
He ended up tackling his younger brother to the ground. "Say it!" He demanded.
"Raphael is all wise and powerful!"
"And..."
"He is better than me in every possible way!"
