Raph couldn't help but gape at her mother. He expected she'd be good, from what she told them. However, he didn't expect her to be so good to where she could take out ten of the Foot Clan, no problem.
"Mom?" (Y/N) finally managed.
"Are you okay?" She questioned, stepping forward to wrap her arms around her daughter.
"I-I'm..." (Y/N) trailed off and hugged her back, but she had a look of confusion in her eyes.
Raph couldn't blame her.
"Listen to me, (Y/N)." Her mom instructed her, holding her at arms length. "Raph and his brothers are going to take you out of here. I need you to go with them. I'll come get you after—"
"Are you going to fight him?" (Y/N) asked in a quiet voice.
"Fight who, sweetie?"
"You can't fight Shredder, Mom." (Y/N)'s voice began to wobble and Raphael noticed her eyes beginning to water.
He wanted to hug her and tell her everything would be okay.
"Can we all just go home?"
"I wish we could." Her mother said sincerely. "But, Honey, he's relentless. We have to finish this now, or he might try again."
"I want to help you." (Y/N)'s voice finally broke.
"You'll help me if I know you're out of harms way. This isn't up for debate."
"Mommy, please."
"I love you, (Y/N)." She gave her a kiss on top of her head before she nodded to Raph.
Though hesitant, Raph knew it was for the best. He gently took (Y/N)'s hand and pulled her towards the nearby ladder.
He made sure she went first, and he followed down after her. Once they reached the bottom, his brothers joined them. They'd taken care of everything, though (Y/N)'s mom had handled most of them.
Donnie rushed (Y/N) with a hug, and before Raph could even blink, Mikey was hugging her, too. Leo had a small smile on his face, despite the situation at hand.
"Thank goodness you're okay!" Donnie exclaimed.
"We were so worried about you, man!"
"I hate to break this up, but we have to go." Raph said, though a small part of him was grateful for an excuse to get them off of her. A small part.
"Raph's right." Said Leo. "Let's go."
His brothers nodded, but (Y/N) hesitated. Her worried eyes were staring up where her mother was. Raph tugged on her arm gently and she hesitantly tore her eyes away and went with him.
Before they could even so much as walk towards the exit, another wave of Foot soldiers were circled around them, and Rahzar had regained consciousness.
"You're not going anywhere."
Raph pushed (Y/N) behind him and readied his weapons. All of his brothers closed in around her.
They didn't even have time to punch a single soldier before something whipped by them. In the blink of an eye, all of them were gone. There was a loud thud behind them and (Y/N)'s mom dropped the head of a decapitated robot on the ground.
The look she shot Raph told him she wanted him to get (Y/N) out of there as soon as possible.
"I'm impressed."
(Y/N) gasped and latched onto Raph's arm.
"You've improved since the last time we met."
(Y/N)'s mom squinted her eyes. She was clenching her fists so tight her knuckles were white. The look in her eye was deadly, and if she wasn't on their side, Raph would be a little nervous.
"Shredder." She grumbled.
They only stared each other down for a moment before her mother charged.
