Sarah's POV

When I hung up the phone with Michael lunch was almost over and the cafeteria was thinning out.

" You ready?" Luke asked me.

" Oh yeah, sorry for holding you guys up." I apologized.

" Nah it's fine." he assured me. We started to walk outside and everything was looking fine, until I realized that next period I would have to face James and his roaming hands.

When the bell rang a feeling of dismay washed over me, giving each of my friends a hug and heading towards cooking class. It was the same as usual, James seating there in his chair looking all smug, just waiting to put his hands all over me. I sat down and scooted my chair as far away from him as I could, not looking him in the eye.

" Hey angel." he said, leaning against the table with one elbow.

" Don't call me that." I growled, pushing the table forward, watching him loose his balance and almost fall.

" Nice one." he chuckled when he regained his balance. I looked at him like he was crazy, but brushed it off as nothing. Mr.Perez started to teach us proper table manners or something but I wasn't paying attention. I kept glancing at James out of the corner of my eye, waiting for him to try something.... but he didn't.

When there was 3 minutes left to class, we were aloud to talk. I turned to James and talked low.

" Alright what the hell is up with you!? No snide remarks, no trying to make a move. What are you planning!" I growled. He only laughed and leaned in closer.

" Oh Sarah, Sarah, Sarah.... Why would you suspect me. I'm with Andrea now... I am planning nothing." he whispered.

" Lying bastard." I sneered. He only laughed and collected his stuff as the bell rang. I began shoving my binder into my backpack as he whispered something in my ear.

" Or maybe this is just the calm before the storm." that's all he said, he didn't wait for a reply. He simply turned and walked out of the classroom, leaving me there with a confused expression on my face.

" Sarah is everything alright?" Mr. Perez asked me.

" Yeah. Fine..." I trailed off, leaving the room.

I couldn't stop thinking about what James had said as I flung my backpack across my room.

" UH!" I yelled, crashing onto my bed face first, just laying there listening to the repetitive noise of my ceiling fan spinning.

" Oh shut up!" I cried, throwing a pillow at the fan. That did nothing to stop it, it only threw the pillow halfway across the room. I spread out across my bed and continued to think. I knew what the calm before the storm was. It was the stillness, the nothingness before a huge storm, but I didn't get what that had anything to do with anything... or maybe he meant he was about ready to put whatever plan he had into... action. Oh shit!

Michael's POV

The next morning I got up, with much protest, and prepared myself to film with... HER. I shivered at the thought. Sarah and her NEVER got along, and she was always all over me and pushing up on me. I sighed as I pulled a shirt over my head, flipping my hair into place.

" Michael you almost ready?" My mum called softly from outside my door.

" Yeah... Ready as I'll ever be."

" Oh come on honey she's not that bad of a girl."

" Mum.... her and Sarah hate each other and personally I don't like her much either."
