Chapter 34

Sarah's POV

As I drove home I was thinking of how much my life would change. I know ash was really affected by how little he saw Michael after he became famous. It took him awhile to adjust, and he hadn't even known Michael for that long. I wonder how he would feel if I left? I mean we have been best friends since year 3, I think he knows more than Alli does about my deepest secrets. How could I leave that all behind? Alli, Ashton, Calum, Makayla, Celine, Luke? What would they say? Would they even miss me? What are you saying there your best friends of course they would miss you! But what about Michael... would he? Wait what!? You don't care about him anymore! He obviously moved on! But deep in my heart I knew he was the whole reason I was doing this. I thought as I walk into my house.

"There you are Sarah!" My dad says

"Here I am...." I sighs

"Are you sure you want to sign this record deal hunny?"my mum says

"Yes. I'm absolutely positive."

"You know how much Michael had to give up right?" My mum says did she have to mention him

"Mum! Don't talk about him! And yes I know!" I snap

"Well we will let you sleep on it. Just know were behind you whatever you decide. " My dad says as the both go upstairs. Their not making this easy on me! I know what I'm going to have to give up, but it's worth it to forget.

(Morning)

It was the biggest decision of my life today, It would either make it or break it. I got dressed so slow it was painstaking. It gave me time to think of what I was about to do, Wonder what they would all say when I told them, and how Michael would feel. Maybe he should go run to Lauren and cry on her shoulder! He didn't need me anymore! I gritted my teeth and continued to get ready. I decided on a dress and some flip flops. It was only the beginning of the end right? I said my goodbyes to my parents and headed to the end of my life as I knew it.

Everything seemed to move by in slow motion, the traffic lights seemed to tease me with how long they waited to change. When I finally did get there my car was one of the only ones there. I walked in to the building and waited for the elevator. When the elevator doors slid open I grabbed my purse and a picture fell out of it. It was a picture of me and Michael kissing on the beach, the elevator doors slid closed without me and I sank down to the floor crying.
