Chapter 23

Michael's POV
I wonder if Sarah saw that picture... I hope she didn't. It'll only break her heart more then I already have. Why did you have to go and hang out with her! You forfeited the love of your life for some gold digging groupie! Now that I think about it she's not even that hot!!!! God Michael! Why do you always screw things up!! I think tugging on my newly died hair.

???: *phone rings*

(Phone Convo)

Michael: Hello......

Ashton: Hey dude. What's with the magazine covers!!!

Michael: It was just a publicity thing!! I didn't wanna do it!

Ashton: It sure looks like you were into it...

Michael: Is this all you called about!? To scold me like you're my mum or something!!!??

Ashton: No... I have something to tell you.

Michael: Well then tell me.

Ashton: You might wanna sit down for this.

Michael: *sits down* Alright im sitting...

Ashton: Ok well uhm.... Sarah's been cutting herself.

Michael: What!?

Ashton: She's messed up pretty bad dude...

Michael: Well I can see that!!!! Is she at her house!?

Ashton: Yeah I think so. She only cut herself twice though. Alli got her to stop.

Michael: So what! It's still cutting! It's my entire fault! I'll meet you at her house in 5 minutes! *hangs up*

(Sarah & The girls)

I start walking into the living room but I stop when i hears Celine & Alli whispering.

"I don't know if we should leave her alone.. What if she gets suicidal or something??" Alli says

"No she won't go that far!"

"She already cut herself!!!! So who says she isn't! This isn't the Sarah I'm used to! I don't even know who she is anymore! This is not the Sarah I'm friends with! She would never just lay there and drown in her misery!" Alli whisper/yells

"this isn't the Sarah I remember either.... She was always so... happy and full of energy." Celine sighs wow am so shocked

"Exactly! I know she thinks we don't notice but she never eats anymore... You can almost see her collar bones she's so damn skinny!" Alli says and I run out the door crying

Celine: Did you hear that...

Alli: It sounds like...

Celine: Somebody just left...

Alli: Oh no! She was standing right there!!!!! Dammit! *gets up and goes after her*

All am wearing some band tank top and some white shorts and it's raining... I ran for god knows how long and finally decided to stop because I had left the house barefooted, no umbrella, no coat... So I was beyond freezing. I was numb. It was a familiar feeling these days. I found myself in a not to strange place. I was in the local park. Not the playground a couple blocks from my house but the huge field they call a park. I knew there were some alleyways down a little ways so I could step inside one to get shelter from this rain. I got the feeling somebody was following me. Quickly I snapped my head back behind me to see if my feeling was true. I thought i saw somebody quickly suck themselves to the wall but it was probably just the wind. I must have looked like a mess. My short was probably all the way see through by now. But I didn't care. My mascara was running down my face. I could tell because black droplets of water were dripping off my face. The song "Dancing with tears in my eyes" by Kesha came to my mind. It tells my story so well. I got to the alley way and stepped in. Well here we are. Home Sweet home till the rain ends... just a little alleyway between a diner and a nail salon. I sat down on the bench they had a little ways into the alley. I curled my knees up so they were inches away from my chest and I rested my chin on them. When I had settled down I began to shake violently. The cold was seeping into me. Chilling me down to the bone. If my teeth wouldn't have been chattering... I would have heard my attacker. But it was too late. His hand was already over my mouth and the cloth over my nose. The last thing I remembered was the look I saw in his eyes. I knew what he was gonna do. The last thing I felt was my only friend. Fear.
