I'm sure you know the drill by now. Walking between rooms to get to my patients, and trying not to drag my feet in exhaustion.

Okay, again with obsessive love disorder. This is getting ridiculous! I thought this disorder was relatively rare, guess I was incorrect.
I reach Lilia's room after a few moments, opening the door and peering in.
... The room looks empty? I quickly step in, looking around.
"Fuhuhu..." A soft chuckle sounds from above me, before a small man drops down from the ceiling in front of me.
"Ah-!" I jump back in shock, as the man gently grabs my arm.
"Oh, my dearest apologies doctor! I had no intention of scaring you off!" He said with a laugh, as he gently dusts off my sleeves.
I struggle to find my words, as I process what just happened. "Did- were you on the ceiling? How did you get up there?" I ask him incredulously.
He laughs once more. "I shall explain that in time. For now- Ah, where are my manners? My name is Lilia Vanrouge." He smiles smoothly.
I clear my throat, attempting to stay professional. "It's nice to meet you Lilia. My name is Yuu, and I'm going to be your doctor from now on."
His eyes widen. "Oh, how marvelous to hear! Pray tell, what was the need for the sudden switch?"
I let out a soft chuckle at the memory of yesterday morning. How Aren had called all chipper, I bet they regret that now.
"Well, your old doctor managed to convince our boss to swap out patients. No clue how they managed that, but they did." I shrug, as Lilia chuckles.
"How unfortunate. I doubt you are used to this multitude of patients."
"Heh, you're correct about that. I used to only have 6..." I cut myself off. I didn't mean to tell him that, I'm not meant to disclose previous patients.
Lilia smirks at my expression, right as my alarm rings. His eyebrow raises.
"Is that all for today?" He asks with a strange expression.
I nod, smiling politely. "Yes, that's all the time I have for you today. I'll be back tomorrow though, alright?"
Lilia smiles, reaching up and gently poking my nose. "I'll hold you to your word, then."
I tilt my head in confusion at the contact, but brush it off as a strange form of affection, or something.
I walk back out of his room after a few moments of awkward silence, offering him one last smile, before closing and locking the door.
One more patient to go. Fuck yeah.

Lilia's POV
Hm, what an absolute delight. A new doctor? A breath of fresh air is just what I needed in this... Wretched place.
Oh, damn it, I should have asked about the others! Hopefully they're getting treated better...
I might have to step in if not.
(I am so confused about how to write this man 😭 So sorry if he's a bit out of character)
