The car exited from the driveway of the Sébastien's manor and inside where lies Ken Andrei and Natasha Faith, seating comfortably but at the same time, carrying an awkward tension with them. Ken accelerated the car far enough from the manor before a footsteps can be heard, approaching where Lizzy stood from the balcony, still following the car from afar with her gaze.

"do you know the girl?" tanong nito kay Lizzy at tumigil sa tabi nito. Nakatingin narin ito sa sasakyan nila Ken na mukhang maliit na sa pag tingin nila bago inilapit sa bibig ng lalaki ang dala nitong baso ng may laman na whiskey.

Smoke then filled the air in front of Lizzy as she let out a sigh before pulling the cigarette away from her lips. "Natasha Faith De la Vega. She's one of the students in my class. A bright kid, I'll give her that." Upon hearing this, the man let out a hum of interest where Lizzy caught on quickly.

"did you track down the IP address?" she asked him upon turning around to face him. The tip of the cigarette, burning in between her fingertips.

Uminom saglit ang lalaki sa dalang baso bago sinalubong ang tingin ni Lizzy. "the address leads to this manor... to be more specific, it was from Ives' phone."

Nagpakawala ng mahinang huni si Lizzy bago ito muling inilapit ang hawak na sigarilyo sa daliri. Bago pa lumapat ito sa bibig nya ay nagsalita ito. "I was right then." She took a deep hit from the butt of the cigarette before turning around to blow it into the air, irritatedly. "how come she knows everything?! about Rean and I?"

"it makes sense if you think about it. She's a Consultant in the university after all.. it's no surprise if she got connections. But something about my situation isn't adding up..." Napalingon naman si Lizzy sa kasama at itinaas ang kilay dito. "when she saw Kiera and I, it almost looked like she's surprised.." pagpapaliwanag ng lalaki bago naglakad palapit sa isang maliit na coffee table na naupo sa isang upuan.

"maybe she's just good at acting such as yourself. Walking on earth for centuries makes you adapt into various of skills. Don't be naive now, Lucas." pagpapaliwanag nito na agad rin naman ikinatawa ni Lucas ng mahina.

"then how come you haven't figured out what she's hiding? seems like skill issue to me.. no offense, of course." the statement was a little harsh but Lizzy didn't took it to heart. She knows not to argue with this person because apart from her, he's more experienced in this matter.

A deafening silence then engulfed the whole balcony before Lizzy took another drag from the cigarette and averted her eyes out in the dark scenery in front of them. "I'm just being careful. Unlike you, I don't want to make it obvious by completely confessing what I did or what I'm doing. What you did to that boy was... it was too much.." she trailed of, immersed in her own thoughts as she looked down from the balcony. She envisioned the fall that the boy had experienced before meeting his death.

"come now, don't get emotional. I thought you better than that."

Nanatili ang tingin ni Lizzy sa baba bago ito tumalikod para harapin si Lucas. "right. I guess you want me to tail that girl?"

May maliit na ngiting sumilay sa mukha ng lalaki bago ito tumayo habang dala dala parin ang inumin. "no, I think I'll handle that part. You can do something else for me instead." Sabi nito bago nagsimulang maglakad palayo. "get some rest, Lizzy. I'll talk to you tomorrow."
