The Next Day
Jimin woke up early, feeling slightly exhausted from the previous night. Dealing with Yoongi is more tiring than my entire day at university, he thought, rubbing his face before getting ready.
After finishing his morning routine, he walked to the mansion, unsure if Yoongi had woken up or not. He asked the cook to prepare breakfast and hesitated for a moment. Should he check on Yoongi? After what happened last night, he didn't feel like facing him again, but at the same time... he was worried.
Ugh, whatever.
He sighed and climbed the stairs, stopping in front of Yoongi's room. He knocked twice.
No response.
He knocked again, louder this time.
Still nothing.
Is he still sleeping? Or is he just ignoring me?
Jimin frowned and, without thinking much, opened the door. The sight in front of him made him roll his eyes.
Yoongi was still asleep, buried under his blanket, his face half-hidden. His hair was a mess, and from the way he was curled up, he looked so... peaceful. Hard to believe this is the same person who acts like a jerk when he's awake.
Jimin walked closer and called his name. "Hyung, wake up."
No reaction.
He sighed and shook his shoulder gently. "Hyung, wake up. Breakfast is ready."
A low groan came from under the blanket, and Yoongi shifted a little but didn't open his eyes.
"I swear if you don't get up, I'll pour water on you," Jimin threatened.
That made Yoongi open his eyes slightly, his voice rough from sleep. "You're so annoying," he muttered.
"And you're so lazy. Now get up and eat," Jimin huffed, stepping back.
Yoongi groaned but finally sat up, rubbing his eyes. "Fine, I'm coming."
Jimin nodded, satisfied, and turned to leave. As he walked out, he heard Yoongi mumble something under his breath.
"What?" Jimin asked, looking over his shoulder.
Yoongi shook his head. "Nothing. Just... thanks."
Jimin blinked, surprised. He didn't expect that. But instead of making it a big deal, he just shrugged. "Whatever. Just come downstairs soon."
After coming out of the room, Jimin realized something-he had entered Yoongi's room without a second thought. Wait... didn't he tell me not to come inside his room?
What shocked him even more was that Yoongi didn't react in anger. No cold glares, no harsh words, nothing. He just groaned and woke up like any normal person would.
