A ship horn blurred through the dock, even from a distance it penetrated the air. I walked from the ship to where the captives were being held. I needed to get this shipment from here to where they'd be taken afterwards a.k.a the Light's Partner. Kaldur was currently being introduced to them so I was here over seeing this part of the operation. "Bring out the pods, now." I instructed.

The men brought out the pods ready for the teams to be out in. "Let's get this moving, we're on a schedule and Kaldur doesn't not tolerate tardiness and neither do I." One by one, the kids were thrown into the pods, fear etched into the features not knowing what's gonna happen to them. I fought the fear I felt coming off of them, some whispering for someone to save them or just to go home. Once everyone was podded I instructed them to move everyone and get them onto the ship. We dove deep into the water to the location we were given by Manta and once there we were met by who I assume was the anonymous partner they kept going on about.

It looked alien, nothing like I've ever seen or know. Tigress was already there with a different shipment and I gave her a nod. The capsules were moved around the dock to wherever they stored them. The door behind us opened and Kaldur walked in. "Both shipments are here and secure." I informed him.

"Good. The Reach is pleased." He said. As the capsules were moved we were told to standby if anything else came up. I stood waiting while Kaldur left for something else. Suddenly an alarm rang through the facility. It's either Nightwing and his team coming to save La'gaan or it was something else entirely. Tigress voice breaking through the noise and a sudden crash told me it was the former. I ran to her position and saw two of our men fighting someone dressed in their uniform. With the strength he exhibited, I knew it was Conner.

He pulled his helmet off and looked at me. "You keep coming back for more. I thought you would have learned that the younger sibling never wins." I powered up my energy blasts.

"As if I care what you think anymore." He growled. He ran towards me and stared throwing punches at me. I moved out of the way and kicked him in the back. I ran towards him and hooked my leg around his neck and slammed him into the ground I tightens my legs around his neck hoping to knock him out but he jumped and threw me off. I threw, multiple energy blast and moved closer but left myself open enough for him to punch me through to the hallway. I flew over the kids running through the door and let them get into the ship. Just then a super jacked version of Blue Beetle came through and went into the room I was just in.

"Sit this one out. I've got it." The deep scaly voice said to me as he placed his hand onto the lock. The door closed before I could go back in and there was no way to force my way through. "Damnit. Gotta find a different way." I flew through the hallways, every wall looking exactly the same and the last. I stopped in my tracks when I saw Kaldur, M'gaan and Garfield standing there.

M'gaan's eyes filled with rage when she saw us, the anger pouring out from her almost tangible. "Murderer." She yelled.

"M'gaan no!" I yelled before blasting her with a low intensity blast and moved Kaldur out of the way. Her anger shifted to me as she entered my mind. Different flashes of light went through it disorienting me. I tried to fight but thank to me not using my psychic powers as much I was on the losing end of this battle. It felt like my mind was not my own, like I was a spectator, even in my own head. I watched as the memories I'd made over the past 6 years flash through my mind like a slideshow. Each with its own feelings, tastes, fondness. Dick,Wally, Artemis, Kaldur, M'gaan, Conner, , mom, dad, everyone I've ever cared for.

I watched all the firsts I had with Dick, our first kiss under the fireworks on the Fourth of July, the first time we said I love you when we tried and failed to bake a cake, the first time I had to say goodbye to him when I left for this mission. The bittersweet moment of leaving everyone behind knowing they'd hate me for this. "Stop. STOP!" I yelled but nothing. I fell to the floor with no feeling and lost in the vast expanse of my mind.
