Saena's brothers escorted her home, their presence commanding as always.

Before leaving, Saena turned back and waved at Heeseung, flashing him a playful smile.

That smile.

It sent chills down Heeseung’s spine—a mix of fear and fascination.

Why does she creep me out and make me feel nice at the same time?!

But the moment his gaze shifted to her brothers, eight deadly predators staring him down—

Heeseung’s survival instincts kicked in.

His smile dropped. His posture stiffened.

And before they could even blink—

He was gone.

Like he had never existed.

Meanwhile, Saena sat comfortably in the car as her brothers drove her home.

The ride was silent —as expected.

She could already tell what awaited her.

The moment I step inside…

Tornado incoming.

And this time, she wasn’t sure if even she could dodge it.

After someone they arrived
Saena stepped out of the car lazily, her body aching.

Dragging her feet inside, she flopped onto the couch, exhaling loudly.

Just one moment… just one second to rest…

She closed her eyes for a brief moment, letting exhaustion take over.

But when she opened them again—

Every single family member was seated around her, staring deadly in her direction.

Her parents.
Her eight brothers.

Everyone.

Except Yuri.

Figures. She must be off taking her beauty sleep, completely unbothered as always.

"So, what were you doing in the garden?" Her mother asked, folding her arms, her sharp eyes piercing through Saena.

Saena sat up straight, knowing very well that there was no escape from this.

"I wasn’t," she started smoothly, tilting her head. "It was Sol. She wanted to get some fresh air."

Her mother raised an eyebrow, clearly unconvinced.

Saena continued, "And then, suddenly, she saw a little girl crying, looking for her parents." She paused, choosing her words carefully.

"It… triggered her trauma," she admitted, glancing away for a brief second. "And at that moment, I showed up."

Her brothers exchanged silent glances, some of their expressions softening, while others remained skeptical.

Seungmin scoffed, crossing his arms.
"And what about asking me for a gun, huh?" he cut in, glaring at Saena.

Saena blinked, then grinned.
"Well, oppa, I needed it for… self-defense?" she tried.

Seungmin narrowed his eyes.
"SELF-DEFENSE? YOU WERE READY TO SHOOT SOMEONE!"

Chan sighed, rubbing his temples.
"Saena, normal people don’t just go around asking for guns like it’s candy!"

Felix smirked.
"But she’s not normal, hyung. She’s our sister."
