Ariana's P.O.V
We went to The Dingo. I want to work at the DX instead of going to school. We ordered burgers, fries and Pepsi. This waitress tried to get Soda's attention but Soda just ignored her and put his arm around Edith. I wonder if they have a thing. But that couldn't be true. Edith likes Johnny and Soda has Sandy. I will ask her about it later. Steve was throwing fries at Edith. Soda threw fries at me. Edith and I threw them back. Steve and Soda were catching the fries with their mouths. We just laughed. Steve, Soda, and I dared Edith to spit a spit ball at the guy in front of us so she did. She spit it and it landed in his drink we started laughing. We didn't noticed that school ended so we just stayed there. Two-bit and Johnny showed up. "Hey brother how was school?" Edith asked Two-bit. "Boring. We need you guys there." Two-bit said. We laughed. They sat down and that's when Edith and I noticed that the guy found the spit ball in his drink we told Soda and Steve, they turned around and started to laugh. The guy came up to us and said "Stupid kids." We looked at each other and just laughed at him. Two-bit and Johnny were confused. "Hey where's Pony?" Soda asked. "He went to go see this Paul Newman movie" Johnny said. "Let's go I'm tired." Steve said. We headed home.
We were walking home when we heard yelling. "Darry! Soda! Help!" "Did you guy her that? It's Pony!" Soda said. "Ariana go get Dally and Darry!" Edith told me. "Okay!" And I ran. They ran to go help Pony. I ran inside and saw Darry and Dally. "Darry! Pony is getting jumped." They jumped and we ran. The socs saw us and they were trying to get back into their car but we wouldn't let them. Edith had a soc on the floor bleeding. She grabbed her switchblade and told him "How does it feel getting cut up!" Then she cut his cheek. Then she left him on the floor and ran to Pony. Johnny and I got a hold of one. Steve and Soda threw dirt at them. Dally hit their car with a branch and the socs were gone. Johnny and I went to see Pony. "They didn't hurt you too bad did they?" Darry asked. "No" Pony said in tears. That's when Soda came. "Hey Pony. They did pull a blade on you?" Soda asked as he cleaned Pony's blood. "Yeah" Pony said.
We went back to the Curtis House and I was walking next to Pony and Darry was yelling at him. I get scared when Darry is mad. So I left with the rest of the gang. "Edith I saw you cut the Soc's cheek." I told her. "Really? They deserved it they shouldn't be cutting Pony like that." She said while smiling. "How about me becoming your personal body gaurd Pony?" Two-bit asked. "I don't think it's too hot of an idea." Pony said which caused me and Edith to laugh.
We all went inside. "Thanksgiving is in three days. Should we have it here?" Darry asked. "Yeah!" We all said. "Edith and I will help you cook!" I told Darry. "Really girls?" He asked. "Yeah. We will help you." Edith said. "Okay."
"Hey Ariana lets go home." Dally said. "Alright bye guys." I gave everyone a hug and I gave Pony a kiss. Everyone whistled. We started walking outside and we were in silence. "Since when did you and Pony start dating?" Dally asked. "Since yesterday. Please don't be mad." I said. "I'm not mad. He asked for my permission. I gave him my permission. Tell me if he hurts you." "Oh Dally he won't hurt me." I said and he laughed. "Get on my back we arrived to Buck's" he told me. I got on his back and we entered the party. There was a lot of drunk people and when we were going up someone hit my butt. "Dally put me down." "Okay" Dally put me down and I went to the the guy and slapped him. "Touch me one more time and you'll be sorry " I snapped at him. He just stood there in shock. Dally picked me up and took me to our room. We changed and fell asleep.
Edith's P.O.V
Pony got jumped by some socs. I hate when they jump us greasers. I had to cut the guy who cut Pony's neck. I cut the soc on his cheek with my switchblade. We went inside and started to talk about Thanksgiving. It's in 3 days. We are having it at the Curtis House.
