Alexandra Williams stepped off the plane with a sense of relief that bordered on disbelief. She had been gripping the teddy bear that George gave her the entirety of landing, her mind racing with thoughts of turbulence, missed connections, and all the other disasters that could happen while flying. The seatbelt sign had clicked off, and for the first time in hours, she could finally breathe deeply, feeling solid ground beneath her. The moment she set foot on the tarmac, she whispered a quiet "thank you" to no one in particular, grateful that she had made it through the flight unscathed.

She walked through the terminal with the group, her nerves slowly calming as they made their way to baggage claim. The familiar whirr of conveyor belts and the chaotic shuffle of travelers somehow felt comforting. Lex tried grabbed her suitcase as soon as it appeared, the weight of it grounding her further into the floor, almost slipping. Arthur grabbed her bag alongside his and a brief moment, the noise and rush of the airport faded away, noticing how quickly he was to react to her. Like he's always there protecting her. Lex shook it off and thanked him for grabbing her bags.

After the group collected their bags, they exited the terminal and climbed into a taxi that would take them to the ski lodge hotel. The drive was scenic, the mountains looming in the distance, dusted with fresh snow. Lex could hardly wait to get to the lodge, but for now, the cool air was enough. She leaned back in her seat, closing her eyes, knowing the trip had just begun.

Lex arrived at the ski lodge with the group, eager for a weekend of snow-covered slopes and cozy nights by the fire.  She walked into her room since Harry changed his room and bought one for himself, leaving her alone. In Lex's eyes, his decision said everything. There were no heated arguments or dramatic goodbyes — just a quiet, undeniable shift. By choosing to stay somewhere else, Harry made it clear that whatever had been left between them was gone in Lex's eyes.

The empty room was a glaring reminder of how distant they'd become. She hadn't expected a grand reconciliation, but she also hadn't thought it would end like this — with a simple, silent choice. As the snow fell steadily outside, Lex couldn't help but feel like the cold had settled.

She threw her bags on the floor and laid down on her front on the bed. Knowing that this happy fun trip is going to strained.

Mr. Television

You ok?

Harry swapped his room.
So I'm on my own.
Probably for the best.

What room are you in?
