"Why did you run from me?"

"Umm...I don't know...", I mumble.

We were sitting under the tree, my back pressed against his chest as his back is against the tree. His arms hadn't released me from the tight grip, but I didn't mind. It makes me feel all fluffy inside.

"I don't knoow! Geeez, why so much questions?"

I bury my face in embarrassment in my arms that Forrest has his own arms over. Then, with one hand, he pulls my face back so that I could see him.

"I need to know, because I love you."

My face heats up. Geez, saying such a thing with a straight face...what the hell...and isn't it far too early for that?

"You're upside-down."

"Why are you changing the topic?"

Okay. No no no. This is just getting annoying now.

I lean the back of my head on his chest.

"I was scared.", I mumble needlessly since he heard it anyway.

"You were chasing me!!!"

After a moment of silence, I was gonna apologize for the outburst cuz I thought I shocked him but no...HE ASKS ANOTHER DAMN QUESTION!!!

"Didn't you smell my scent?", I didn't dare cut him off. How could I when he sounded so scared asking that?!

"I did...", I sigh and I feel him relax, "I just..didn't know which direction of the scent..", I mumble the last part.

Silence.

I thought maybe he didn't hear me, but then all of the sudden his body shakes a bit. I tilt my head back to look at him, worried if he was crying again, but that all vanishes as the fucker tries to suppress his laugh.

"Oh SO WHAT!!! DIDN'T YOU ALREADY KNOW I SUCK AT ALL 3 TRAININGS!!"

GAAH!!! He was getting under my nerves!! Then he laughed aloud. I couldn't help but adore his face as he did so. The way his hands cover his eyes as his silky laugh pour out his smiling mouth. I never saw him like this. Happy. And I love it.

"It's just, ", he calms himself, "No ones that bad!", aaand he continues to laugh loudly. I didn't mind anymore though, his laugh gives me another fluffy feeling inside.

"Well, you are gonna be teaching this sucky wolf.", I say as if I had won a nonexistent argument.

His laughter dies out, "You're not sucky. You're everything."

Ugh, how cheesy! I know my face went red. I can feel the heat rise. I didn't like it.

I turn around and beat at his chest as I rest my head on it.

"Geeez!!"

He chuckles slowly and readjusts his arms around me again, pulling me tighter into his embrace.

Geez...

We stayed quiet and comfortable like that until a little chime goes off. I sit up and look around me. Are there bells this deep in the forest??

Forrest chuckles, amused at my confusion. I look at him. Does he know what that sound is?

The chime goes off again and this time I notice it was from Forrest's jean pocket. Ah, it's one of those cell phone things...

"You gonna get that?", I ask unamused. He was messing with me!

He smiles, knowing he was caught. When he pulls out the phone, though, I couldn't help but look at the peculiar device with wonder. It's like a flattened box! He swipes the screen with his thumb. I gasp. It's touchscreen!!

He was looking me in the eyes the whole time with his cute, amused expression. Geez, I'm getting too comfortable with thinking that. Cute.

He puts the phone to his ear and starts talking. I didn't pay attention to his conversation. Just his face as he talks and avoids my stare. He looks so serious and troubled. I wonder what's going on. Then he glimpses at me, but reverts them as his cheeks go red.

I kiss his cheek and he grows redder and stutters into the phone.

"Don't tell me he's riding you as we speak."

I listened to their conversation now, hearing the Alpha ask a list of more dirty questions.

Forrest froze from shock, getting redder each question if that were possible.

"Wait wait wait," The Alpha seemed certain this time, "Surprise blowjob. Am I right?"

"NO!!", Forrest yells,finally finding his voice.

He didn't dare look at me, and I could tell how embarrassed he was. If he looked at me, he'd know I was too. It felt as if our faces were the same shade of red.

"Yeah okay whatever~ training officially starts tomorrow though! So stay away from his ass or he won't be able to stand! That's an order, Forrest."

Forrest hung up with a straight yet red face. He inhales and exhales, then looks at me.

"Axel.", he sighs and hugs me.

"Were you gonna add on to that? Or-"

"Sorry."

"If you're talking about the call, it's... I don't mind...it's fine.", I end lamely.

We stayed silent for awhile as he relaxes into the crook of my neck, "Let's get out of here."

I lighten up.

"Wanna meet Waffles?"

He pulls back and looks confused at me.

"Who-"

"She's at my place! Wanna meet her??"

"Her..?", the air tenses but I shrug it off.

"Yeah! C'mon!!", I was now standing, trying to pull him up.

"Hmph.", was his only response.
