The next morning was slow and peaceful. Sunlight gently spilled into the living room when the doorbell rang. Ami stood there with her suitcase and a small smile. Jungkook opened the door, already dressed for work, his hair still a little damp from his shower.

“Hey, good morning!” he greeted sweetly. “Morning kookie,” Ami smiled back.

Taehyung was just walking out of the kitchen holding two travel mugs. He looked up and smiled. “Perfect timing,” he said. “We were just about to leave for work.”

Ami wheeled her suitcase in. “I didn’t want to be in the way.” “You’re not,” Jungkook said kindly, brushing his hair back. “Come on, we’ll show you the guest room.”

They both led her down the hallway, Taehyung opening the door to a cozy, bright space. “Here it is. We arranged some Fresh sheets, new towels, and the closet’s all yours.”

“It’s lovely, thank you,” Ami said as she stepped inside, her eyes scanning the room.

“If you need anything, just ask,” Jungkook added sweetly, before glancing at Tae. “We should get going.”

Taehyung nodded and turned to Ami. “There’s fresh coffee in the kitchen. I’ll ask the maid to bring you a cup, alright?”

“That’s really sweet, thank you,” Ami replied with a nod. Tae turned and called softly to the maid nearby. “Noona, can you please get a hot coffee for the guest in the blue room?”

The maid smiled and nodded. “Of course, tae.” Then Taehyung reached out and gently took Jungkook’s hand. “Shall we, my little moon?”

Jungkook smiled softly, eyes sparkling as he nodded. “Yes, but you owe me my morning kiss.”

Taehyung chuckled and leaned in, pressing a gentle, warm kiss to his lips. “One now… and one before you step out of the car.”

Jungkook blushed but leaned into him just a little more. “You spoil me.”

“You deserve it,” Tae whispered, brushing his fingers down Kook’s cheek before leading him to the car.

In the hallway, Ami smiled to herself quietly as she began to unpack her things, the sound of their soft laughter fading as the front door closed behind them.

The drive to Jungkook’s office was quiet and warm. Jungkook sat beside Taehyung, holding his coffee,siping from time to time and smiling softly at the road. Taehyung had one hand on the wheel and the other gently resting on Kook’s thigh rubbing it.

“You look really cute today, little moon,” Taehyung said, sneaking a glance at him. Jungkook blushed and looked away. “You always say that, hyungie.”

“Because it’s always true,” Tae smiled, his fingers brushing over Kook’s thigh softly. “I fall in love with you more every day.”

Jungkook looked at him with shy eyes and a small smile. “You’re too sweet in the mornings.” Taehyung laughed gently. “Only for my baby.”

When they reached Jungkook’s office, Tae stopped the car and turned to him. “I’ll miss you,” he said softly.

“I’ll miss you too,” Kook whispered. “Will you call me during lunch?” “Of course,” Tae nodded. “But first… give me my morning kiss.”

Jungkook leaned over and pressed a soft, slow kiss on Taehyung’s lips. Tae held his cheek, deepening it just a little, not wanting to let go too fast. When they pulled away, both were smiling.

“Have a good day, baby,” Tae said, pecking his nose.

“You too, hyungie. Don’t skip lunch, okay?” Kook said while stepping out. “I won’t. Drive safe,” he added before closing the door.
