Today is the day Taekook is returning to Korea. Kook woke up and saw Tae sleeping peacefully in his lap on the balcony. Kook smiled softly while looking at Tae.
He didn’t look like the cold CEO everyone talked about. Right now, he looked cute—like a bear. So adorable.
"Such a cutie pie," Kook mumbled to himself. He kissed Tae's forehead softly, ruffling his hair. He didn’t move because he wanted to keep watching Tae’s peaceful sleeping face. He was so happy that tae open up to him last night. Now he knows why tae is cold and he wanted to change him.
As the cool morning breeze touched his skin, Tae slowly opened his eyes. His vision was blurry, but the first thing he saw was Kook’s face, smiling softly at him.
Tae blinked, still sleepy. “Why are you staring at me like that kookie?” he mumbled in a husky voice.
Kook chuckled, running his fingers through Tae’s messy hair. “Because you look like a baby bear when you sleep. So cute hyungie.”
Tae pouted, his brows furrowing. “I’m not a baby bear.”Kook grinned. “You are cute, sleepy baby bear.”
Tae groaned, burying his face in Kook’s chest. “Stop calling me that.”
Kook only laughed, holding him closer. “Never.”
Tae huffed, his face still buried in Kook’s chest. “You’re so annoying early in the morning kookie.”Kook smiled, rubbing Tae’s back gently. “And yet, you’re still lying in my lap, hugging me like a koala.”
Tae lifted his head slightly, eyes half-lidded with sleep. “That’s because you’re warm,” he muttered. Kook chuckled, his fingers lazily playing with Tae’s hair. “So, you do like cuddling me?”
Tae blinked at him before looking away with a small pout. “I never said that".Kook smirked. “But you didn’t deny it either.”
Tae groaned, smacking Kook’s arm lightly. “Stop being so smug.” Kook laughed, grabbing Tae’s hand and lacing their fingers together. “Can’t help it. You’re too cute when you’re grumpy.”
Tae sighed dramatically but didn’t pull away. Instead, he tightened his grip on Kook’s hand and mumbled, “Let me stay like this for a little longer.”
Kook’s heart melted. He leaned down, pressing a soft kiss to Tae’s hair. “Stay as long as you want, hyungie.”
And so, under the morning sky, with the world slowly waking up around them, they remained in each other’s warmth, feeling at peace in a way they hadn’t in a long time.
After some time, they both woke up and freshened up one by one, teasing each other playfully. Laughing and enjoying the moment, they finally went downstairs and saw BounPrem and OhmFluke sitting in the living room, chatting.
"Guys, I woke up early today to spend time with you, and now you’re just waking up," Waan said, and Yacht nodded in agreement.
"Sorry, guys, we just overslept. So, what's for breakfast?" Tae asked as he walked toward the kitchen.
"It's not breakfast time mister, it's lunch time come and eat" prem said and they both smiled and started eating.
After finishing their meal, both Tae and Kook returned to the living area and sat down.
"What time is your flight?" Ohm asked."2 PM," Tae replied.
Fluke, who was sitting beside Ohm, smiled. "That means you still have some time to relax before heading to the airport."
"Yeah, but we should start packing soon," Kook said, stretching his arms. "I don't want to rush at the last minute."
Boun chuckled. "That’s surprising coming from you, Kook. You usually do everything at the last moment."
