Kook opened his eyes and saw Tae looking at him with a teasing smile, making his cheeks turn pink. He quickly hugged Tae and buried his face in his chest. “Morning, bear,” he mumbled shyly.

Tae chuckled and kissed his hair. “Morning, my little muffin. Are you okay? Or should I ask…are you still tired after last night? Like screaming my name, demanding for more”

Kook’s blush deepened, and he lightly hit Tae’s chest. “Hyungieeeeeeeee!” he whined, voice muffled. Tae grinned. “What? You were the one who didn’t let me sleep asking for round after round, remember? ”

“Stop teasing,” Kook pouted, hugging him tighter. “Fine, fine.” Tae brushed his thumb over Kook’s cheek. “We’re leaving in two hours.”

“What do you mean by leaving? I want to stay here,” Kook mumbled, still hiding.

Tae kissed his temple. “That’s because today is our anniversary, and everyone is waiting for us at home. They’ve already prepared everything for the party.”

Kook peeked up with a small smile. “Then…we’ll go.” “Okay. But before that, we need breakfast. Let’s freshen up,” Tae said softly.

Kook refused to let go. “Then carry me to the washroom,” he mumbled, still embarrassed. Tae smirked. “But I heard someone saying they were okay just now. When did I hear it?”

Kook groaned. “I’m okay…but I don’t want to walk. I’m lazy,” he grumbled, making Tae laugh. “Alright, little highness,” Tae said, still teasing.

He stood up from the bed and lifted Kook into his arms bridal style. Kook giggled, hiding his red face in Tae’s neck, while Tae carried him toward the bathroom, feeling happier than ever.

(A/n :- let's give them some space, you naughty fellows. We can't go to their bathroom. It's a bad habit 😤😤)

After they finished freshening up, Tae and kook sat down for breakfast together. Kook was still a little shy, and Tae kept teasing him softly about last night, making Kook pout and hide his face in his hands. Tae would just smile and feed him a bite of fruit, saying, “Eat well, little muffin,” while Kook mumbled, “Stop it, hyungie.”

Once they were done eating, they packed their things and left the house. On the way to the airport, Kook kept leaning on Tae’s shoulder, holding his hand. Tae pressed little kisses on his hair, making Kook smile.

After some time, they reached the airport and did all the formalities. They boarded the flight and sat together near the window. Kook rested his head on Tae’s shoulder while Tae played with his fingers. The flight was peaceful, and both of them felt warm just being close.

Soon, they landed back in Korea and got into the car that was waiting for them. As they reached their home, they saw it was filled with people. Everyone was busy decorating the living room with flowers, balloons, and lights for their anniversary party.

Namjoon and Jin were checking the arrangements while Jimin and Yoongi were helping with the decorations. Hobi was standing near the snacks table, stealing chips, and Yuna and Ami were hanging up garlands, trying not to fight.

When Taekook entered, everyone turned to them with big smiles. “Welcome home, lovebirds!” Jimin said loudly, making Kook blush and hide behind Tae.

Jin came closer and said softly, “You two must be tired. Go freshen up and rest for a while. We’ll handle everything here.” Namjoon nodded. “Yes, take some rest. You deserve it.”

Tae smiled and hugged Kook’s waist. “Okay, hyungs. Thank you.” Kook looked at everyone and said with a shy smile, “Thank you so much. We’ll rest and come back soon.”
