"All squads! Let the titans chase after you! Follow my lead!" Erwin's orders came from behind us as the stomping from the horde of titans quickly approached. Our squad kept riding towards Reiner, getting closer and closer. Probably due to the weight of his own armor and Ymir on his back.
"The armor titan plans to escape with Eren! We have to stop him no matter what!" Erwin yelled as our squad moved forward.
"He's not fast enough to escape! We'll catch up!" Jean yelled as we got closer and closer.
"This time, I won't hesitate. I'll kill them both, I swear!" That was her hesitate. That was her fucking hestating-
"And if Ymir gets in my way, she's asking for it too. No matter what it takes... I will!"
"Calm down there you fucking psychopath. Focus on getting Eren back first before killing those dipshits." I said as everyone else nodded. Ymir had partially come out of her titan as she was talking to Historia and Bertholdt. Their yelling was incoherent from our range though. We kept chasing after as so of us managed to get close enough to use our ODM gear, Eren having woken up.
"Move!" I yelled as we were at the front of the formation, Hannes rushing first but breaking his blades as we all moved in, getting deflected or failing to do anything as we were flung back, just to be picked back up by more of our comrades. We failed to do anything except for one person. Fucking Mikasa managed to slash one of Ymir's eyes as she went for Eren and Bertholdt, but Reiner protected them around his neck using his hands, being covered in armored plating. Ymir kept trying to keep us off Reiner, but started to slow down due to Christa probably.
"Wait Mikasa!" Christa yelled as Mikasa diverted her strike and landed on the back of Reiner's head.
"Don't kill Ymir!"
"That all depends on Ymir! What will it be? I'll kill everyone that gets in my way, so choose!" Mikasa yelled back as the rest of us kept trying, to no avail.
"No, wait! Ymir will be killed unless she does what Reiner and Bertholdt say! She doesn't have a choice!" Christa tried to argue back, but Mikasa being Mikasa didn't care.
"There's only so many lives that I actually care about. My enemies made deciding that easy six years ago. So... you're mistaken to seek any compassion from me. Because right now, I'm all out of time and room in my heart to care. Christa... do you pick Eren or Ymir? Which is it? Will you get in my way too?" Mikasa yelled as Ymir got offended at this and raised one of her claws.
"Stop Ymir! Don't fight back! You'll die! Don't move!" Christa yelled as Ymir stopped, allowing Mikasa to move back towards Reiner's front.
"Goddamn Mikasa. Calm down. Your fifteen." I said as I landed on Reiner's head along with the others. Eren seemed to be struggling against Bertholdt as there was some noise coming from within.
"Quit it, Eren! Don't struggle!"
"Good luck with that, Bertholdt. It's impossible to get him to calm down. He's the most irritating guy there is! I know better than anyone! I hate him as much as you do. So let's beat him up together. Why don't you come out of there?" Jean said, trying his own way of convincing Bertholdt to come out.
"Bertholdt! Give him back!" Mikasa just yelled.
"Hey... You're kidding, right? Bertholdt? Reiner? This whole time... you kept quiet and deceived us? That's so cruel!" Connie tried his own little like guilt tripping thingy.
