"The air is warm!" Natalie shouted from the deck of the house. "And humid." Conner added from outside on his beach chair, tanning and letting his chest be out in the open.

"I love it here!" I exclaimed. The cabana-like cabin was very wood-like. It was a bunch of hotel rooms spread around the beach so no noise to wake up to. But you still get room service. It was wooden floors, wooden walls, and wooden doors. Even the toilet was all wooden!

One room, two bathrooms, and an open beach to themselves. Conner over done himself with the setup.

"So you don't mind sleeping on the couch?" Natalie asked with a smile. I shrugged. "It is a pull-out bed."

When I opened up the bed, Natalie gasped in surprise. "Whoa! Do it again!" She said in amazement.

"You never seen a pull-out bed?" I asked in disbelief. It wasn't that unbelievable, Natalie wasn't introduced to the world like other kids. Her parents made her study and learn to play the guitar. Now you know why she's so careless most of the time.

"Babe!" She called to Conner. He looked over his shoulder. "What?" She waved him over. "Look what this couch can do!"

Conner walked slowly to the couch. "What can it do?" Natalie re-opened the bed. "It's a bed/couch!" She shouted like she made an important discovery.

Conner chuckled. I giggled. "Babe, is not new. Everyone knows what a pull-out bed is." He smirked. "Well, besides you."

I couldn't take it anymore. Conner and I burst out laughing at the same time. Natalie's face was beating red.

"Shut up! I didn't know!" She shouted.

Next Day

"Let's go explore." I said from the tangle. Conner, Natalie, and I were so bored that we fell in a clump on the floor and were too lazy to get up.

Conner glanced at me with a weird look. "Why?" Natalie turned to Conner. "Did she just say we should explore?"

I rolled my eyes and stood up, making the two fall off the couch. "That's what we're here for, right?"

The couple shared a worried look. "What?" I demanded. Conner stood up. "We're not here to 'vacation'." He said.

I started laughing. When I noticed no one else would join in, I stopped. "Why are we here?"

Natalie bit her thumbnail. Conner paced the room, his back was to us. "To...," He turned around with a grin on his face. "Go to the waterpark!" He shouted excitedly. His once serious face was happy.

"Yay!" Natalie and I cheered.

"I heart waterparks!" Natalie announced. The three were walking to look for a beach chair in the otherwise crowded waterpark.

"Agreed!" I said. Conner snorted. "What's up with chicks and getting wet?" Natalie rolled her eyes. "What's with guys liking 'chicks' in wet clothing?" She retorted. "I always wondered that...," I said.

"Kylie?!" A voice shouted in disgust. "Oh no." Natalie grumbled when she spotted the voice which belonged to Anna.

"Anna? What are you doing here?" I asked with genuine curiosity. She snarled. "Trying to get a tan and relax." She glanced at Conner with a cheeky smile. "That is, til you showed up." She stared back at me.

"It's a free country y'know." Natalie snapped, not taking a liking in how Anna stared at her fiance.

"I know." Annna's voice was calm. "I just didn't expect you or Kylie." She glanced at Conner again. "But I do know it's common to find hot guys here." She winked at Conner.

He stared back blankly. Typical boys... "It's also common to find hot guys that are taken." Natalie snapped.

Anna rolled her eyes and walked over to the wave pool. "Gawd, that girl is annoying." Natalie grabbed Conner's hand. "Let's hit the rides!" She shouted excitedly.

They ran off, leaving me to stand all alone. I sighed. Then I went over to the snack shop. There, a blonde muscular guy around my age was wiping the tables.

When I sat down, his face jerked up. Brown eyes meets green. "Hi," He smiled. "How can I help you?"

I stared at the board behind him. "Mm...just a hotdog with fries." He nodded and turned around to get my order. I pulled a ten out of my pocket.

When he pushed the foor towards me, I handed him the money. He smiled. "It's on the house."

"Thanks." I said, unsure of what "on the house" even meant.

"My name's Justin. What's yours?" He asked when I stuck a fry in my mouth. "Kylie." I replied.

He surveyed the busy waterpark. "You live around here?"

"No." I took a bite out of my hotdog. "I'm on vacation with my brother and his fiance."

"Oh." He smiled a little, a dimple popped out on his cheek. Kylie decided she liked this Justin person. "Do you live around here?" Kylie asked.

He chuckled. "No. I'm here with my brother and sister. I live in California." Kylie shot him a confused look. "And you work here?"

"No." He looked around then leaned in to my face. "I need some cash. Don't tell anyone this but," His breath was tickle-ish against Kylie's ear. "I beat up the guy that does work here." He leaned away and took a sip of soda.

"Really?" Kylie asked, intrigued with this boy. "Yeah, I'm going to be a Senior this year. You?"

"Junior." Kylie replied back. He cocked his head to the side. "You look way older."

Kylie suddenly felt nervous. "Do I have bags under my eyes or something?" She asked self-consciously.

"No. You just have that little hour glass figure going on." He was staring at me until he looked up. "She has curves."

Kylie turned around to see Natalie waving frantically. She was wet all over in her two piece bathing suit.

Kylie suddenly didn't like Justin all that much. Natalie sat up on the bar stool next to Kylie. "One coke please?" She said kindly.

He grinned and went to the back of the shack. "Why didn't you come get on the rides?" Natalie asked me. I sighed. "I was hungry."

Justin came back over with Natalie's drink. "Thanks." She looked at Justin in wonder. "You look too rich to be working at this crummy food place." She stated bluntly.

Justin shrugged. He took a sip  of the soda again with a curious look in his eyes. Natalie turned back to me.

"So was I." She took a minute to gulp down her soda. "But I got on the rides first."

"Yeah, and now it's time to go." Conner sneaked up behind Natalie and put his arms around her waist. Natalie giggled with glee as she was put on Conner's back. I sighed and took another glance at Justin. He was gone.

I followed the happy couple back to our hotel. "Night night, Kye!" Natalie shouted as she closed the door to her and Conner's room.

"Night." I whispered.
