I was thinking that Ethan could be Alex Evans. I know I had him in my other story but he's just too cool for one story. Ha :D

"I heard Elaine and Ethan are you neighbors, is that true?" Olivia asked me one day.
"Yeah, what's it to you?" I asked casually. Olivia shrugged. She walked away without another word.
Where is Elaine? Then it hit me, she's mad at me! I sighed while I walked to my first class.
I seriously don't want to talk to Briana. Really.
When I walked into the room, I see Briana, Josh, and surprisingly Nick sitting by my desk, talking in hushed tones.
I slid into my seat. They didn't even glance at me. "Nick, why in the world do you wanna fight Josh?" Briana asked.
Nick was red faced. "Josh told me yesterday that he would take you away from me. So, how 'bout we do it the old-fashioned way." Nick sat with a cocky grin on his face.
Josh rolled his eyes. "Dude, it's so obvious that she likes both of us...," He rubbed his chin. "How about, Briana picks."
Nick instantly turned to Briana. "You'll choose me, right? We've been bestfriends since 2nd grade."
Briana sighed. "That's just it, 'bestfriends' is all we'll ever be. It's what we're used to...," She trailed off when she saw Nick's face crumble.
Josh crossed his arms. "I just knew." He said.
"Fine, I better go." Nick stormed out the classroom without saying goodbye.
I turned to Briana to see her expression. She had a confused/sad look on her face.
To tell you the truth, she looked kinda pathetic and naive. "You okay, Briana?" I accidentally blurted out-loud.
Briana stared at me with sad eyes. "No. I just lost Nick. What do you think?" Her face hardened. "This all started when you just had to kiss Nick." She glared. "Bitch."
I gasped. Briana had never cursed before. Never. I really hit rock bottom with her. "Briana, calm down...," I pathetically tried to comfort her.
Briana's face turned beet red. "I've been trying to become your friend when everyone else didn't want to be friends with a girl titled 'loser with the pink undies'."
This time, my face heated up. But for another reason. Kylie was embarrassed. Again.
Wednesday
By next week, everyone knew what a sham Anna was. Besides James....
"I don't care what people think of you, I love you no matter how many people think of you in the wrong way." James told Anna.
Anna smiled. "Thanks James."
Kylie watched from the safety behind a posterboard. How could they be so in love already? They only knew each other for a short amount of time.
While Kylie envy-glared, Elaine and Bethany sat on a bench across from her, whispering.
"What the hell? Why are you quiting?" Bethany asked.
Elaine rolled her eyes with a sigh. "Amber told me to quit. She said I could go far with my dreams."
Bethany snorted. "Dreams are for sleeping Elaine, not reality."
Elaine's eyes blurred with tears. "You don't think I paint good?" Bethany sensed Elaine's threatening tears. She rubbed Elaine's bare arms.
"You're the only druggie I know that can paint." Bethany said. Elaine glared at her friend. "I quit three months ago, stop calling me that."
"Right, whatever. Who's gonna strip with me now?" Bethany asked. "Amber?"
"Yes." Elaine automatically replied back.
Thursday
Everyone was gathered outside for some reason. Probably preparing for a fight.
Kylie wandered over to an oak tree, book in hand. Before she could even open the book, Josh approached her.
"Hi there, mind if I sit down?" He asked. Kylie just shook her head.
He sat right next to her. "I just wanted to ask if...you're free tomorrow night?"
"Why?" Kylie asked in a snappy tone. "I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date that day." He replied shyly. Kylie softened. It would be her first date, with a guy she actually liked.
"Um, okay. Sure." Josh smiled big. "Great. I'll pick you up after-school and we can go to the movies." He got up and walked back over to his buddies.
Kylie sighed dreamily. Her first date would be at the movies, sadly. At least she was going with a guy she likes!
