Author's Note
From My Heart to Yours
And just like that... it's over.
Five years.
Two stories.
Countless cups of coffee.
And a whole lot of heart.
This journey, this world, that began with a girl named Summayyah and a boy named Khalil, has finally reached its ending. It wasn't perfect. It wasn't always easy. There were nights I wanted to give up, days I stared at the screen with nothing but doubt... but there were also moments of joy, of inspiration, of sudden clarity that made everything worth it.
I wrote this story through heartbreaks and healing, through academic stress and personal growth. I poured myself into these pages, my pain, my hope, my belief that even broken things can be beautiful again.
To everyone who stayed with me till the very last word, thank you. Truly. Your support, your messages, your love gave me the strength to continue when it got hard. This book wouldn't be the same without you.
I may have written the last chapter, but the story lives on in your hearts, in your reviews, in the way you remember these characters.
So here's to you, dear reader.
Here's to healing, to second chances, to love that grows gently and fiercely.
And here's to letting go... so something new can begin.
With love always,
Suraiyyah...
