A week had gone by since the inauguration of the new facilities for the children. Dilan had Önder in her arms and was rubbing his back, trying to get him to sleep while looking outside the window beside the couch. Then, she saw them walking in the front part of the house, coming down the hill path. Dilan smiled with joy at seeing the happiness in her little brother's face, evident even from where she stood. And the reason was simple. Sena. She was the one accompanying him. "What is my wife looking at so intently when her husband is right here in the room?" Baran asked playfully. "Cihan and Sena." She glanced behind her at him. "They look so happy, Baran." He removed his eyes from their daughter, who he had lying against his legs on the bed, to focus on Dilan. "Thanks to you, he has been like that since the inauguration party. You are the architect not only of my happiness, but of my family as well." Dilan pressed her lips together before she spoke. "Not everybody." She remembered the evening of the event. Dilan was with Baran inside the facilities when she received a call from Sena. She had arrived at the inauguration, a sign that Dilan had finally succeeded in getting Sena to agree to accept the Foundation's sponsorship again. Dilan and Baran went to meet her together, and surprised Cihan. However, when Ms. Azade saw the young woman, she became irritated and ignored her presence for the rest of the night. The points Dilan had gained after giving birth to the twins had diminished after that. "She would understand she is in the wrong here, Dilan. I still can't believe I didn't realize my grandmother had a hand in that girl leaving. And that Cihan knew and told me nothing about it." Dilan sat on her side of the bed. "You were dealing with so much, Baran. I'm sure Cihan didn't want to add to your problems." He shook his head, disagreeing.

"As the leader of our family, I should have watched Cihan closely. But I'm glad you searched for her and convinced her to resume her studies, my angel." Dilan placed an asleep Önder in the bed between them and lay next to their son. "It was only right. The Foundation was helping her before the incident with Ms. Azade, and it was all thanks to you, Baran. All I did was follow through on our commitment to supporting Sena's future." Dilan smiled at their daughter's babbling, trying to join the conversation. "But it was you who convinced her to receive our help again, Dilan." Baran reached for her hand, and she felt his warmth. "Sena is such a bright and brave person, Baran. She has gone through so much in her short life, yet she pushes forward and provides for her mother. She deserves the support." Baran spoke to Dilay. "We are so proud of your mom, aren't we, Dilay? Yes, we are... Yes..." Unexpectedly, Dilay smiled. "Dilan!" Baran said excitedly. "She is smiling. Our daughter is smiling. Are you seeing this?" Dilan laughed at Baran's wonderment. "I see it, Baran. I'm next to you." His smile didn't fade as he glanced in Dilan's direction. "Her smile is as beautiful as yours." Dilan grabbed her little bouncing hand. "I hope she grows up to be as great a young woman as Sena." Dilan expressed her desire. "She will. Dilay is your daughter after all." Dilan kissed Baran's cheek. "She is ours. These two little angels are." She noted and kissed Önder's forehead as well. Dilay seemed to be getting tired. She began to do little yawns. Baran placed her on his chest and rubbed her back. The four of them lay in bed in silence. They could not get enough of the twins' scent and warmth. "She fell asleep." Dilan let Baran know and signaled for him to lie her in bed next to her brother. He did, reluctantly, and then he got up. Dilan frowned in confusion. Where was he going? He arranged his clothes and circled the bed towards her.

Baran had things to do, but did not want to leave without tasting his wife. He leaned forward, and their lips met. It was meant to be an innocent kiss, but Dilan had other plans, because Baran felt her pulling at he collar of his shirt. The intensity of her exploration was getting him into dangerous territory, considering their babies were sleeping right there next to them. "Dilan!" He said it in a warning tone, with his mouth against hers. "We need to stop or I won't be able to." She complained silently, giving him no rest. Baran straightened up, and when he did, she followed him. He was now sitting on the bed's platform while Dilan sat on the edge of the mattress. Her fingers traced his scalp with the same eagerness as her tongue danced with his. There was no stopping after that. Baran moved to the floor, sitting on his heels, and brought her to him. Dilan was straddling him, and her head was back, giving him access to her neck. Her phone rang, and they both reached for it. The twins could not be bothered. Dilan refused the call, but it soon rang again. With the sounds of protests, she pulled back to get it. But Baran had no intentions of stopping. He reached inside her pants at the same time she spoke. "Yes?" Her lips pressed tightly together to drown the moan that came after he made contact with her clit. "Aha!" It was the only word she kept repeating. "Okay." Was the last thing he heard before she tossed the phone over the bed? "I gotta go." She informed him, pulling back, and he was dumbfounded. "In a few minutes." He ordered. She was not leaving him like that. "Baran, please." He stopped, but his mood had deteriorated significantly. "I'm sorry. They need me downstairs. He sat her on the bed and he stood up. "You were the one who initiated it, Dilan." She tried to reach him, but he was genuinely upset. So he took a step back. "I know, I know. I'm really sorry." He went to the mirror and checked his clothes. Dilan didn't move. "Didn't you say they were waiting for you? Go." He circunvayed her to get Dilay. "I'll take them to their cribs and then I'll be in my study." With a remorseful expression on her face, she left.
