All 4 of us make it down safely, and Trent smiles at me looking kinda sad after realising I lost Nala.

"So, now what?" Says Alan looking at his surroundings,

"It looks like there's a storm coming, we should probably find a place to stay," I say. We're literally in the middle of no where so I don't think we'll be running into many people- but there's runners, so there's bound to be zombies around here.

"We'll keep going the way we originally were heading," says Austin looking over at the bus sadly- there goes all his tour memories, and the ones with Aaron, Tino and Phil.

We all begin to walk down the road shaken up after the whole crash, and pretty scared- because I know I am. One movement from the trees and I'll poo my pants for sure.

We all walk in silence, Trent's next to me and Austin and Alan are a few metres ahead keeping an eye out.
"What do you think will happen next?" I say looking up at Trent,

"I honestly don't know," he says looking down at me with tired eyes.

Well, I tried to strike a conversation, and he didn't seem up for it. He seems pretty miserable, and if he is then the other guys definitely are.
Off in the distance I hear a scream, we all stop and look in the direction of the squeal, deciding whether to inspect or not to incase it's a screecher trap.
"Keep going," says Austin looking in the screeching direction wearily.
The road is pretty old looking, it's stained with a orangy/brown colour, and it's overgrown as there's bushes and trees stretching half way into the road- it mustn't be used often

3pm

We've been walking for a few hours, and I'm buggered.

"Can we have a break?" I say dragging my feet and huffing.

"Here," says Trent throwing me a bottle of water, and I gulp half of it in seconds.

"Hey hey, not all of it," he says snatching it out of my hands and grinning.

I wipe my mouth, feeling much better and jog up to the guys as I was lagging behind.

"The storms getting awfully close," I say looking behind me at the grey clouds which look like they could reach into space,

"You're right, but we haven't come across any buildings to take refuge in yet," says Alan

"Maybe we're just looking in the wrong place," I say nodding towards the trees on either side of the road,

"Uhm are you crazy? We'll get ambushed," says Alan staring at me,

"It's better than walking in the open," I say sassily.

"She's right," says Austin, and Alan gives him a "oh, you're taking her side!?" Glare.
"There could be buildings hidden in the trees."

"Or zombies," says Alan rolling his eyes.

"Enough," says Trent, "since following the road isn't taking us to any buildings, we might as well try to trees."

Alan reluctantly follows us into the trees and we begin to manoeuvre our war through the bushes without creating too much noise when half an hour into our adventure I spot a little shed,

"Over there!" I yell running towards the wooden building.

"Nori wait!" yells Trent running after me with Alan and Austin following.
I make it to the doors of the shed, and before I open them Trent pulls me away,

"There could be zombies inside there doofus," he says letting my arm go.

Trent walks up to the door and kicks it in,

"We're not on a mission, soldier." says Alan having a sarcastic tone of voice but looking kinda scared at Trent's strength.

There's no zombies inside, nothing but some old machinery and hay.
Trent turns and smiles at us, and there's a flash of light and a loud crack! behind us from the storm, and we happily pile into the shed and close the doors.
There's two windows either side of the shed, they're small but let just enough light in and high enough that no one could look into the window unless you're about 6'5 feet tall, there's also ladders that go up to the attic which looks to be full of hay, I climb up the ladder to inspect some more and find myself looking into the eyes of little Nala.
