Bluelock One Shots

Yours Truly ~ Isagi

You and Isagi had been best friends since you guys were kids but now, yu had grown apart a bit, ever since he went into Bluelock but even though you couldn't text, call or facetime, you found out that you two could still communicate but through letters instead.

First Letters:

"Dear Y/N,
I am writing to you because I am not allowed my phone in Bluelock but I am allowed to write to you so here we are. I am sorry I left on such short notice and I really hope you do get this letter, I wanted to let you know that I am sorry that but I am going to be away for quite a while as I'm training to become the best striker in Japan. I do miss hanging out with you already and I want to let you know that I really hope you do write back to me. Okay, bye, I hope you're eating well and taking care of yourself.

Hey! Thank you for writing to me and letting me know everything, I miss you so much already and I cannot wait until you get out of there and we can hang out again! I am indeed eating and drinking well and I am also taking care of myself too! You are amazing as a striker and I just know you will do amazing in there and you will come out on top! I wish you all the very best and I will see yo ueventually. Take care of yourself, Isagi.

Letter 12:

"Dear Y/N,
We've had 2 matches so far and we lost the first game we playedbecause everyone decided to do their own thing but our second match was so much more controlled and organised so we ended up winning that match which was great and it felt amazing. I am doing well, I am practing hard and working my butt off, I have made a few friends so far and that's great! I am starting to miss you more and I am missing our hang outs a lot now. How's your family doing and how is school? You better be looking after yourself too!

I am keeping well and I am still looking after myself, do not worry about me! That's great news that you have made friends and you are doing well, I am really happy for you and I miss you a lot too, I miss our hang outs as well. My mother is doing fine, she got a promotion at work so she is really happy, we went out for dinner to celebrate, my dad is okay, he is sick at the moment so we are trying to find out what's making him sick, my little brother is doing great, he's thriving in school, he's made loads of friends and he keeps asking about you and when he will get to see you again. School is going fine for me, there's some girls that are causing me some issues but I am handling it. Take care, Isagi.

Things are getting hectic so I might not be able to reply to your letters as quickly but I iwll try my best to reply as fast as I possibly can, how is your dad? Have you found out why he's sick yet? Have those girls stopped bothering you yet? How's your mum? Is your brother okay after his fall? How are you coping with everything? Did you end up dying your hair, if yes then what colour did you decide on? Are you still taking care of yourself? I really miss you now and I can't wait for the day I get to see you again. I hope you look after yourself, I am worried about you.

"Dear Isagi,
Thank you for letting me know you won't reply as quickly. My dad isn't doing to great, he's getting worse and he is struggling to get out of his bed now so that is worrying, we still don't know what's up with him yet but we are still fighting to find out. My mum is all good, she's doing great at work and I am helping with my brother and the house so she doesn't stress too much, I got a part time job too so I can help more as well. My brother is okay, he scraped up his knee a bit but he will live. I did dye my hair! I decided to dye is black, nothing to fancy and it's still a natural colour too. No, those girls haven't stopped bothering me but I don't have long left in school so I can deal with it for now. I am still looking after myself, there is no need to worry about me, take care, Isagi.

"Dear Y/N,
It's almost time, there's not long left until I get to see you, I want to take you out for dinner and then we can go to our special spot and chill there together for a while until we get bored, I am excited to see you and your family again, I am so happy your dad is doing better and I can't believe you are graduating soon, it's been a wild ride and I can't express how happy and excited I am to finally see you again.

You finished reading the letter Isagi had sent to you, you smiled to yourself as you placed his letter into a box where you kept all the letters he had sent you over his time in Bluelock, yo uplaced it in carefuly before turning back to your desk and pulling our paper and a pen to start writing a letter back to him.

"Whatcha gonna write this time?" A voice came from behind you, you jumped up, startled, and turned to see who was in your room.

Your eyes widened and you smiled from ear to ear and you saw the boy you had been writing to for the past while, you jumped up and engulfed him a tight embrace.

"I missed you so much" You told him as he smiled and told you he missed you more, the two of you seperated and he told you to get dressed as you were going out to eat.

You wasted no time and rushed to your closet, grabbing something nice to wear before meeting Isagi back in your room, he smiled at you and motioned for the two of you to leave.

The pair of you left and you bid goodbye to your family as you left, he took you to your favourite restaraunt and he paid for your meal together, after, he took you for some ice cream before you walked to your special spot together.

"Thank you, Isagi. Today's been amazing" You thanked him, turning to him and smiling at him as you sat side by side.

"It's no problem, N/N. There's something I want to tell you" He turned fully to you and you looked at him, giving him your full attention as you nodded your head for him to speak.

"After my time in Bluelock, I had a lot of time to miss you and think about stuff. It came to my attention that I really like you, no, I love you, Y/N and I didn't want to tell you over a piece of paper, I wanted to tell you face to face and honestly, I wanted to ask... Will you be my girlfriend?" Isagi asked you and you didn't need anytime to think about what you were going to say back to him.

"Yes, Yoichi, a million times yes" You smiled at him and he pulled you into his arms for an embrace that you had missed so so much.
