we drove for about 10 minutes and arrived at a quaint 2 story home, that looked expensive but not over the top. it reminded me of my own home, back in san fransisco.
"your home is beautiful" i complimented patsy.
"oh thank you. youre welcome over any time you like."
patsy is a wonderful lady. no wonder her son turned out so perfect.
we walked inside and i admired the beautiful decorations that adorned the entire house. we walked into the living room and sat down on the couch, with adam sitting next to me. he put his arm around me and patsy smiled at his affection towards me. i felt a warm feeling inside. i was so happy.
"ill cook us some lasagna."
"hell yes i love lasagna" adam said. patsy smiled and walked into the kitchen.
"so what do you thin-" adam was cut short by a dog running into the room and jumping onto adam, licking his face.
"down charlie" adam chuckled.
charlie is a beautiful dog, with fluffy golden hair and a tail that wags a nile a minute.
"whats he doing here?" i ask as charlie sniffs my hand and allows me to pet him.
"he always stays with my mom when i go on tour. i still have a few more shows to do,so until those are over, hell be staying here."
"oh. what will i do when youre on tour? stay with your mom too?"i joke.
"come with me obviously"
"but i have classes"
"you seem to forget my connections with mr perkins"
"you cant just use your connections. i need to actually do my classes."
"maybe ill have him let you do it online. you can ask him at dinner."
"hes coming here??"
"yea right after work. he should be here any time now."
patsy walked in and offered us some refreshments and snacks while we wait.
"i love your mom" i say.
"thanks. hopefully youll be seeing her for years to come"
i blush and kiss him, and as i pull away the doorbell rings.
"ill get it" adam yells.
he opens the door and allows mr perkins to come inside.
"oh hello Aria its wonderful to see you again." he beams.
"thank you. i didnt know you were coming to dinner. its a pleasant suprise" i try not to sound awkward in front of my new chancellor, but fail miserably.
patsy comes out to greet him with a kiss on the cheek.
the levine family sure has "connections"
we go to the kitchen amd begin our meal.
"so mr perkins..im still on tour and i wanted aria to come with me.." adam starts. i clear my throat awaiting a response from mr. perkins.
"go on.." he replies, sensing adam has an idea.
"could you maybe get her online classes for a month or so?"
"okay but she has to keep up on her course work."
adams face lights up and we both look at each other happily. im going to go on tour with adam levine. this us going to be awesome.
