December 8th
Montego Bay, Jamaica

"Bumbaaa rassss clattt!!!" Tae chanted every three seconds. People were looking at him like he was crazy— he is.

"Tae stop sayin that! Do you even know what that means?" I fussed.

He flew up his middle finger. "No bitch and I don't care it sounds sexy. Bumbaaa rasss clattt!!!!"

I rolled my eyes turning to Thembi for her to give her input. But instead she just threw her hands in the air going with the vibes.

We've been in Jamaica for two days now, and even though it was enjoyable I was missing my family like crazy. Don't get me wrong a break away from the kids and my demanding career was great, but I became homesick the minute I landed. I called my babies every second of the day to tell them how much I missed them. And I was just about to call Blue when Thembi snatched my phone.

"Nicki it's your birthday trip! For fuck sake enjoy it, you act like Beyoncé gone take the kids and run off with a white woman."

Tae coughed. "That battbwoyyy just might."

I snapped toward him. "Shut up Tae! And I'm calling them lil niggas cause they ain't told me happy birthday yet!"

Thembi pulled me toward the the bar nearby the infinity pool. "I'm about to get your ass a nice strong drink so could relax. Maybe they're busy with their grandmother, the day isn't finished yet."

"Don't get it too strong, you know we're getting her fucked up tonight for the grand finale."

Thembi gave Tae a daring look, before shoving a drink in my hand.

"Bitch drink and put that phone on airplane mode. I'll let Ms.Tina know if there is an emergency to call me. Nika relax and enjoy your birthday, I'm sure they'll reach out soon boo."

I sighed. "I guess you're right." I said sipping on the multicolored drink, it was sweet and delectable like me. I went to the bar for three more. An hour later I found my self lying in between Tae and Thembi under a cabana watching the sunset in silence. No matter how many times we had watched the sunset these past two days, it got better and better everyday. Despite the feeling of calmness, I couldn't help but feel angry. Beyoncé and the kids not telling me Happy Birthday did not sit right in my spirit and I could only pray that she was up to something. Yes I was still pissed at her for not telling me she was going back as CEO. And to make matters worst we hadn't spoken since she left for New York a few days ago.

She knew how serious I took my birthday. At the end of the day I'm fucking Sagittarius, that's what we do.

Tae hopped up swinging his drink around. "Bitch I could get use to this... Relaxing in the Caribbean with my bitches, celebrating my dawg  muthfucking birthday! After your birthday dinner tonight we gone turn the fuck up!"

Thembi cleared her throat. "Speaking of, dinner is at 8pm. We got to get ready, let's go."

Tae got up helping me off the cabana. "But after dinner we going to the club right? I want some Jamaican dick!"

I rolled my eyes. "I'm so glad you convinced Beyoncé to get you that private suite."

Tae winked as he guided us back through the main lobby of the resort. When we reached my suite Thembi unlocked the door for me. I walked inside to see a lady maneuvering around a makeshift makeup station. But to my amazement the room was covered in elegant red roses with tall bouquets stacked everywhere.

"Suprise!" Thembi said. "You knew Beyoncé wouldn't have forgotten your birthday. We thought that you would love getting a little pampering today. Go take a shower and I'll show you your dress after. She went out all for you! Here, this is a card from the kids. " Thembi said giving me a large card.
