I sat in the flight, looking out through the window controlling the urge to pinch myself. I never saw that coming. Now that I had it all, I didn't know what to do. I couldn't get the smile off my face. He loves me. He has always loved me, just like I loved him. Its true when they say, its not the ending if its not happy. I kept thinking about all those moments we shared, now with fondness, instead of misery. The love of my life was back, and he didn't even mind working things out from miles away.
Its true indeed, that the people who are meant to be in your life will always gravitate back towards you no matter how far they drift off. Sometimes you love people, but then you mess up. It takes lots of courage and love to overcome the barrier. I finally understood the value of a promise and I vowed to never break another promise. I was just glad that we had found our way back despite being 'lost' for a fairly long time.
The flight landed and my family was waiting for me. I ran up to hug them tightly. We made our way back home where I was greeted by a feast of all my favourite food. I devoured the chicken lasagna and thanked my mom for it before heading to my room. In my room, Helena and Rachel demanded to know everything that happened, and so I told them everything. As expected, they were overjoyed for me. I unlocked my phone to see a message from Percy.
"I love you so much, call me t'night beautiful."
I smiled. Again and again. Oh how unpredictable life is.

I know the story was really rushed due to not having enough time even to read through my work twice and edit it but I enjoyed writing each and every single word of it. This story is based on a real life experience *clears throat* I reckon its not that hard to guess who its based on yea. I don't know if I have people who follow this story but if you do, I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I did writing it. Please comment/vote/share if you. Love y'all!
