Perekeme wasn't around when I woke up, I needed no soothsayer to tell me where she genuinely went to.

I woke up extremely late today, I can't remember when I last slept this long, it was honestly surprising.

Ziola wasn't home, honestly, I did wonder where Ziola actually went, because obviously she doesn't go with Perekeme, or maybe she did follow her to go see him, I honestly had no idea.

"You didn't follow them to church?" Oreva asked like he didn't know I was just waking up. "Than staying back alone. You have been there before and can find your way there right?" He asked.

"My phone is my companion," I responded.

"This church and every day service." He complained.

At this rate, I knew it was long overdue, Pere was slowly digging her pit, dude wasn't dumb, he was going to figure them out, sooner or later.

Pere was so crazy about that guy, that she didn't reject any visitation. I was most definitely sure that whenever Oreva wasn't home, he dropped by.

My gaze fell on the food Oreva dropped in front of me, I knew what that meant.

"I am not hungry," I said honestly, this was not me trying to be petty by rejecting his meal, I was genuinely not hungry.

He gave me a hard stare before going to sit opposite me.

"The number of junk you eat." He said his voice was low.

Nigga was also complaining about the food I eat now.

Wow!

Really, wow!

He was suddenly focused on his phone, it didn't take me long to find out what stole his attention from me, he played his friend's music.

Dude's song had gone viral, and different influencers were using his sound. Trust me when I say, I hadn't played the song on my phone before, but I almost knew all the lyrics.

Aaliyah had choked us her viewers with it, especially on TikTok, every content she made now, if she wasn't dancing or vibing to the song, it's a background sound. He definitely paid her enough, because Aaliyah's services were not cheap

I was not going to deny the fact that the guy was good and I didn't expect it.

"He made a video with Drex," Oreva mentioned smiling so brightly.

I can count how many times I have seen him smile so genuinely.

"Wow," I responded, he was obviously talking to me. Trust me it was so awkward, because we never had such a casual conversation, and also Drex was a music god. I was excited for his friend.
