It's the day of final match for Winter Cup. After everything that happened, going to the stadium to watch the game is the last thing on Miyuki's mind. But she have to go whether she wanted to or not.

Flashback.

"Yuki-chan, make sure you watch me play during the final, okay? I want to hear you cheering for me." Izuki said during his lunch with Miyuki.

"Don't ever dream about it. I won't go. And stop calling me Yuki-chan."

"You supposed to be my girlfriend, right? You must do everything I asked. You wouldn't dare to decline my order. Now, kiss me." Izuki thrust his face in front of her.

She was flabbergasted by his sudden act. Her face turned red. With anger. "Are you insane?" She jerked backward.

He let of a chuckle. "You're so cute, honey. I was just kidding." He returned to his initial position while staring at Miyuki who's on fire. She was just about composed herself but then he continued his sentence. "But not if we win." He added, smiling cunningly toward her.

"I hope you lose!" Miyuki stomped away with vulgar words in her mind which she never uses before.

~~~~~
They were right when they said 'be careful of what you wished for'. It hits me hard on my face right this moment. But I don't really meant it. I was just defending myself. Is it my fault that the team is losing? They're left behind by twenty seven points and it's the second quarter already.
What is wrong with you, Satoshi-senpai? Why did you look so disturbed? He's been missing shots after shots. I couldn't take my eyes off him no matter how hard I try. And now he looks so terrible. It's painful to see him struggling in the court. He looks worst than a fish out of water.
You promised me to win, senpai. You promised.
"Beeep.."
The referee blows the whistle signing the end of second quarter. I must leave now. I must talk to him no matter what will happen after this. Even if it's the last time I'm going to talk to him.
~~~~~

"Coach, I need to go out for a while. I'll be back before the game start." Satoshi left the room before the female coach get to say anything.

"Hey, come back here! We're in the middle of discussing right now!"

"Let him be, Rika-chan. He needs to calm himself down. Let's just discuss with the rest." Eimi stood up for his friend. Only he knows what's going on with him. He wished he could help him but it's not his help that Satoshi needs.

"He better calm himself or I'll cut his head off. The rest of you too. What shit are you playing out there? Don't you want to win?" Rika started her nagging session and it will surely last for a long time.

As for Satoshi, He ventured without any direction around the building. He don't know what's wrong with him but his mind is in a complete chaos. He don't feel like playing anymore. His desire to win had totally gone.

The man keeps walking recklessly down the hallway until he suddenly bumped into someone. He looked at the figure and realized that it was the girl that he supposed. 'Why do I have to see her at this moment?'

Satoshi continued to step on his heel without a word. He couldn't stand the view of her. It hurts him so badly by just thinking about her, to look at her will only add to the pain.

He was just about to leave the scene but then he was stopped by a gentle tugging at the end of his jacket.

"You said you have something to tell me after you win."

He froze by the voice. It's the voice that he's been longing so badly. The voice that makes his name sounded like the best song in the world.

Yes. He did said that to her and he never forgot that. But she's someone else's girlfriend. How should he tells her when she belongs to some other guy? But now here she is standing behind him asking for his promise to be fulfilled. She's making him to doubt himself that he moved on. 'Why did she reminds me about it? Did she really wanted to know?'

"Can I say it now?"

"No. You must win first." With that she let of her grip and left the man. There's a smile on her face and she has no idea why it's there.

Satoshi turned to look at the girl who was walking away from him slowly. How he wished that she never let go of him and stayed there forever. Don't bother about the staring eyes around them. But he knows it's not possible. He has a match to win. Until then, he will keep the words to himself. A smile formed on his face. The smile that was long gone.

'I don't care what her reply will be when I said it. I'll win and tell her no matter what.'

~~~~~
"What did you have there, Furihara-chan? I've never seen it before." Akemi pointed to the keychain that was hanging at Furihara's phone.
"You mean this? It's my birthday present. Satoshi-senpai gave it to me last Tuesday. It's cute isn't it? "
Miyuki who had just returned to her seat was taken aback when she heard the name. 'Why did he gave her that?'
"It's cute, Furihara-chan! So what's going on with you and him now?"
"Um.. I told you about the mysterious girl that he likes before, right? He said that he's done with her. So, I thought maybe I have a chance. I think I'm going to confess to him."
Time stops. Miyuki felt a steel arrow piercing through her heart. 'I am that girl. Does that means that he..'
The game continued but Miyuki's mind was off to somewhere else. She only returned when they girls screamed on top of their lungs as the team won the final match.
"Yeaayy!! They win!!"
"Satoshi-senpai!!!" Furihara waved to the man and he smiled to her as a reply. "We must congratulate them. Let's go!" She grabbed the girls toward the exit after the closing ceremony ended.
"Are you alright, Miyuki-san? Do you need to go to the washroom?" Iori asked when she noticed the difference with Miyuki's face.
"No, I'm fine." She faked a smile to her.
They reached to the celebrating players not long after that. Furihara rushed to Satoshi as soon as she saw him while Miyuki stared the two of them from afar. Her chest ached as she saw Furihara clinging to Satoshi's arm like a sloth while she's talking to him. She couldn't believe that he just let her do that to him.
"There you are! Come here, Yuki-chan." Izuki emerged from the crowd to get to his girlfriend. "I win. I want my kiss now, Yuki-chan." He whispered to Miyuki's ear.
Miyuki who was too engrossed with the scene in front of her eyes was snapped when Izuki suddenly pulled her body closer to him.
Slaps!
"Don't touch me, you jerk! I'm done with all this! Go on and tell them all you know about me. I don't care anymore." She slapped the man on his face before he made it to her lips. He was shocked by the girl's rage that he let of his hands from her. Every eyes in the building was aiming toward them.
"And quit calling me Yuki-chan. You made it sounds disgusting." With that, she left the dumbfounded man and the crowd.
Sorry for the slow update, minna. I'm back at my hometown and the internet connection is not so good here. I'm also dealing with the nefarious infamous monstrous writer's block. I was like drafting this for three days and never get satisfied with what I've typed.
I'm going to college next month so I planned to complete this book before then. Hope I can do that.
That's all for now. Have a great day! :))
