Chapter 1.

~Flora's P.O.V~

~Flashback 3 years ago~

I sat next to Luke in the car, crying my eyes out. Happy tears? I don't know at this moment. It was only him, my parents, and I in the car. It was pretty awkward. I cry into his shoulder and he just rubs my back with his big hand  slowly, almost crying as well.

"Shh.. It's okay." He said soothingly, almost breaking in tears.

"It's not okay!" I practically shout. "I'm not going to see my best friend for a long time".

"I know.. And I will miss you a lot too" he sighed.

I cried more into his shoulder and hugged him tight before we arrived at the airport.

We got out of the car and he went over to the car next to us to say goodbye to his family. Once he said goodbye, he saw Calum, Michael, and Ashton. They were yelling at him to hurry up or they will miss their flight. I chuckled silently. They saw me and ran over to me to hug me. I hugged them tightly.

"We're gonna miss you, buddy" Michael whispered.

"Make sure to text us. Alright, darling?" Calum said.

"And make sure that Harry and Lauren are doing good. They're goofballs and I don't want any of them to do anything wrong" Ashton said seriously, before he wrapped his big arms around me again.

"Will do, guys" I said, almost trying not to cry again.

I hugged them once more before I got to Luke. I embraced Luke so tight that when I was done, my arms started hurting.

"I'm going to miss you so much" I cried.

"Me too" he whispered in my ear. I could hear his soft heartbeat.

Bump bump, bump bump, bump bump.

We let go and I see tears streaming down his face. I go on my tippy-toes and wipe them with my thumb. I smile.

"Good luck, you breadstick. Hope you will have fun" I said.

" I love you too, flour" he chuckled.

He grabbed his suitcase and walked to Calum, Ashton, and Michael. He looked back and I smiled and waved. He waved back and turned his head so I won't have to see him crying. I stood there until I no longer could see his bright blonde hair and grey beanie.
