Chapter 3

I woke up with a billion text messages from Eva. I groaned and lazily reached my phone from the bedside table. I unlocked my phone and read her messages. All of them included pictures of 5SOS. Mostly Ashton because she was an Ashton girl. I wrote back "Jeez! You woke me up so early!! Don't you ever sleep?!". She replied a few minutes later.

"Not last night. I've been super overwhelmed with excitement that I can't even sleep! :(" she replied back.

"Try to get some sleep, love. He's not coming until the afternoon or something." I replied back.

"Okay, night boo x" she texted.

"Night x" I texted.

I groaned and rubbed my eyes. I yawned and got out of bed. I went over to brush my teeth and wash my face. I brushed the knots in my dark brown hair and went to my wardrobe.

I looked at my closet, waiting for an outfit idea to pop up, but nothing did. Screw it. I'm just going to wear jeans and a sweater. I don't know about you guys, but here in Australia, it's winter and for you guys, it's summer. It's freakin' cold here too when it's summer. I decided to wear this loose grey and a black speckled- sweater and some leggings. To top it all off, I decided to wear some Vans and a black choker. I put on some liquid eyeliner, mascara and lip balm.

After that, I went downstairs to have some breakfast. I didn't have school this week because it was winter break, which I am glad because I hate school. I went to the kitchen to see my parents already awake.
"Morning mom and dad" I said, while kissing both of them on the cheek.

My dad was reading the newspaper, while having a few sips of his coffee. My mom was just watching TV.

"Morning" they both said.

I grabbed myself a plate of eggs that they freshly made in the frying pan and took a seat next to my mom. I ate my food in an awkward silence but, it's normal. We're that type of family that's not very.. Social. My mom is but, my dad is the opposite of that. Same with me. My dad finished his cup of coffee and kissed my mom and I goodbye, leaving us so he can work. My mom doesn't have a job. She's a house mom, I guess you can call it.

Once I was finished eating, I kissed my mom on the cheek and headed upstairs. I went to my room and look at my phone got any notifications. I sat on my bed and just stared at the ceiling. I am the only child in my family. Some people say that I am lucky. I've always wished that I could have a little brother or sister. It would make our family more happier, instead of dead. Yeah, we do some fun things on the weekends but, it was rare. My dad always have to work because we needed the money to live. My mom and I are not.. really that close. Yeah, we have some chats but, that's pretty much it. Yesterday's conversation was the liveliest out of all of the ones we had.

I opened my laptop and went on Twitter to see anything new or any tweets from the boys.

The main 5SOS account tweeted "Going back home!! :) So excited to see our family".

Nothing says that they will be arriving soon. I know that my mom told me to stay out of their way until they are fully rested but, I'm just so excited and happy. There are words that can't even explain how happy I am.

I decided to take my mind off it or I will go insane. I decided to watch some YouTube videos. I went on Danisnotonfire's YouTube channel and clicked on "Play all". I decided that I wanted to go a full on Danisnotonfire video marathon.

While I was watching the tenth video, I went into a deep slumber.

I looked at Luke's beautiful blue eyes. He smiled down upon me. I was holding his hand and we were walking down a familiar park.

"Flora, I am so happy to see you after 3 years" he said, happily.

"I do too" I replied in a love-tone.

We stopped and he looked at me in the eyes, as well I did with him. He leaned down since I was really short compared to him and I stood on my tippy-toes. We both closed our eyes-

RING RING RING!!! RING RING RING!!!

What the hell?!

I opened my eyes to see that my phone is buzzing with texts and missed calls. My hazel eyes adjusted to the light that was blinding me. I looked at the time.

3:30 pm.

Well then.

I got up and see who it was from.

Eva.

Of course.

I called her and took about 2 rings before she finally answered.

"Sorry I wa-"

"THERE PLANE ARRIVED" she interrupted and screamed loud in my ear.

"Calm down! Jeez" I said.

"How can I calm down?! I'm going to see them in a few days or maybe even tomorrow!" She yelled.

I rolled my eyes.

"Not tomorrow. They need rest, remember? They're human beings too, y'know?" I replied.

I heard her sigh from the other end.

"Alright then... " she replied, sadly.

"And don't say that you are meeting them. Remember? And that I know them. I don't like attention" I responded.

"I know, I know" she said, like she has heard it more than fifty times, which she has.

"Okay, I'm going to eat since I just woke up" I said.

We said our goodbyes and I closed my laptop since it was still playing Danisnotonfire. I headed downstairs and went to the kitchen. I saw a note on my granite island.

"Hey sweetie. :) I'm at the super market. I will be back in an hour and there are some leftover pasta in the fridge. Love you <3 -Mom"

I smiled and opened the fridge to get the leftover pasta. I heat it all up in the microwave since it wasn't much and ate by myself. Thoughts occurred in my mind about that dream. I smiled and felt like my face was hot. I kept replaying it over and over in my head. Once I was done, I decided to watch some TV until I heard some clatter outside.

What the heck?

I looked outside my window and saw Luke, pulling his bag outside of this big black van. Should I go outside and say hi or stay inside and say hi tomorrow? I shook my head and opened my door. Screw it.
