Chapter 25

I woke up to a piercing pain in my head. I groaned and massaged my head but, that didn't help.

I groaned once more and finally got up. I went to my bathroom and I turned on my light. I jumped when I saw myself.

I did not look good.

I had really red and puffy eyes, my hair was probably messed by a raccoon in my sleep, and I looked super pale.

I brushed my teeth and brushed my hair.

I looked at myself one more time. My puffy eyes were bothering me. I had to get rid of them.

I went on my computer, avoiding any social media whatsoever. Typing in 'how to get rid of puffy eyes', millions of websites popped up. I picked the first one and read it.

Hmm.. 1. Cucumbers.

I'm not putting cucumbers on my eyes, that's for sure.

2. Drink lots of water.

That's easy. I slowly and quietly went downstairs since it was probably really early in the morning. I grabbed 2 cold water bottles to my room and gulped all of them down.

I should probably wait since it takes some time. I waited and waited for 30 minutes and I checked myself in the mirror.

I looked at my eyes and.. It worked but, not that much.

I sighed and said 'fuck it' before going back downstairs again to eat some food.

After all that crying, I was sure hungry.

I skipped to the kitchen, letting my long brown waves bouncing up and down behind me.

I opened the fridge to see the contents.

Hmm.. Fruit... Vegetables.. Chocolate milk...

I decided to get an apple and chocolate milk.

I poured myself a glass of chocolate milk and thought of the memories with chocolate milk.

~Flashback~

"Flora, that's not funny!!" Ashton pouted as I took away the chocolate milk from him.

"It's funny to me!!!" I shouted at him.

I ran across his living room, hugging it so he wouldn't take it away from me. 

"Flora" he growled. "Give it back".

I put hands on hips, still clutching the chocolate milk in my right hand.

"Nah."

"Please.. I love chocolate milk and you know that" he pouted with his cute lips.

I admit, I have a tiny tiny crush on Ashton but, my heart has been going to someone else. I am not really sure who it is but, I might have an idea.

"I know you do" I smirked. "That's why I am not giving it to you"

He ran to me and tried to snatch it but, I quickly put it behind my back.

I put my finger up and making it move side-to-side.

"Tsk tsk. You should know better" I shook my head.

"Come on..." He whined.

"I will give it to you" his eyes shot up and he smiled brightly. "But, you will have to owe me gummy bears"

"Deal."

"Deal?"

"Deal."
