60. 1 year story special

As the title already says this is the 1 year special. Last year on the 30th of august i was hella bored and started this story. And now i got on this story more than 10k reader i am really grateful for that. I really appreciate all your lovely comments. I will continue at the end. Now let's go with the story. The first time Shidou Ryusei kissed Rin, it wasn't romantic.
It was a provocation.

"Oi, Itoshi," Shidou leaned against the locker room wall, sweat dripping from his forehead after practice. His grin was feral, the kind that always made Rin want to punch him. "You ever been kissed?"

Rin yanked his shoelaces tighter, ignoring him. The less he engaged, the quicker Shidou got bored. That was the theory, at least.

Shidou didn't budge. He crouched down, resting his chin on his fist like he was studying a rare animal. "Figures. You're wound up so tight, princess, I bet you've never even touched someone properly."

The words dug under Rin's skin like barbed wire. His hands stilled. Slowly, he looked up. "Say that again."

Shidou only smirked wider, pupils glittering with amusement. "What, hit a nerve?"

Rin's glare was sharp enough to cut glass. "You don't know anything about me."

"Don't need to," Shidou said, and before Rin could move, before he could even register the intent, Shidou leaned forward and kissed him.

It wasn't soft. It wasn't kind. It was reckless - teeth and tongue and heat, messy enough that Rin froze in shock before shoving him back so hard that Shidou stumbled against the lockers with a loud clang.

"The hell is wrong with you?!" Rin's voice was sharp, breath short, his face burning.

Shidou wiped his mouth with the back of his hand, grinning. "Knew it. Cute little virgin taste."

Rin's whole body buzzed with fury. "Try that again and I'll break your jaw."

But Shidou only laughed, loud and unrestrained, like Rin's threat was music to him.

The kiss should have been the end of it. But instead, it was the beginning.

Shidou started showing up everywhere Rin went. At practice, in the cafeteria, outside the dorms. He'd drape himself over Rin's shoulder with a grin, whispering things just loud enough for others to hear.

> "Oi, Rinny, when are we going on a date?"
"Stop clenching your jaw, babe. Makes me wanna bite it."
"You think about that kiss at night, don't you?"

"Die," Rin muttered for the hundredth time, shoving him away.

"So eight tonight then," Shidou replied without missing a beat.

The others looked on with exasperation, some laughing, some rolling their eyes. But Shidou didn't care. He wanted Rin's attention, and he always got it.

And the worst part? Rin didn't walk away.

He told himself it was because he wanted to prove Shidou wrong. Because he wasn't scared, and he wouldn't be toyed with. But late at night, when Shidou cornered him in an empty hallway and pressed him back against the wall, kissing him breathless, Rin didn't push him away as fast as he should have.

"You're addictive, princess," Shidou whispered once, his breath hot against Rin's ear.

Rin's fists tightened in Shidou's shirt. He hated him. He hated how it felt. And he hated that he wanted more.
