I woke up to my alarm clock ringing in my ears and I threw my pillow at it.

I know I was supposed to be getting ready but I didn't want to go to school and have Willow and her dumb friends hate me. Austin told me he'd protect me but I still didnt all the way trust him, even though he has been sweet to me.

Anyway, I reluclantly got up from my warm, comfy bed and dragged my feet to my bathroom. While I was brushing my teeth, I glanced at myself in the mirror quickly and made a shocking discovery. During our kissing session Austin had given me a very dark, very large hickey.

"Fucking bitch." I cursed under my breath. If my dad saw that he would have a heart attack and for sure make me and Austin never see each other.

I finished brushing my teeth and ran back to my room. Closing the door I picked out a purple sweater and some black sweatpants. I hid the hickey as best as I could with both makeup and my sweater. As I was brushing my hair my dad came into my room, surprising me.

"Hey Bubbles." He said, half asleep.

"Hey Daddy, tired?" I asked, moving my hair to the side of where the hickey was.

"No, not really, but I do wish I didn't have to work so late." He responded, walking towards me. I smiled and walked out of my room, my dad was not gonna see this, and I wasn't gonna show him anytime soon.

"Dad, can you make me breakfast?" I begged him. He nodded and went downstairs. Sighing I collapsed on my bed, aggravated. I got back up and looked out my window.

Austin was shirtless with his back to the window, grabbing a shirt to wear and as I looked at the back of his neck I saw a purple hickey, smaller than mine. I blushed wildly and he turned around. Smiling, he put his shirt on slowly, keeping eye contact with me. I laughed quietly and put my black and white Jordans on.

Five minutes later after I did some homework I had missed from last night, I made my way downstairs to the kitchen where the amazing smell of waffles was coming from. I sat down at the table and looked at the stack of waffles staring at me. I bit into it and enjoyed it.

"Why don't you have Austin come over and eat with you?" He asked. I swallowed before I answered.

"I think he's coming over." I said, grabbing another forkful of waffles. My dad yawned and went upstairs to get ready for work. As I put my plate in the dishwasher the doorbell rang. I ran to answer it and Austin was standing there, smiling. I grabbed my bag from the couch and put it on. "Bye Dad, I love you!" I shouted up the stairs. He gave me a response and after I put my headphones in I closed the door.

Austin placed his hand in mine and I glanced at him. He smiled while I stared at his beautifulness, yes, I called him beautiful.

"How are you?" He asked, planting a kiss on my cheek. Even though it was innocent I blushed.

"I'm fine, how about you?" I questioned. He shrugged.

"Just enjoying the gift you gave me." He smirked. I knew he was going to mention it at some point, but I wasn't prepared.

"Speaking of gifts, why did you give me a hickey?" I asked, lowering my voice. He looked at me and shook his head.

"You gave it to me first, don't you remember?" It was my turn to shake my head. "Yeah well, let's just say you got a little frisky last night." He teased. He showed me the purple mark that I had given him and I felt my cheeks redden.

"Why don't you cover it up?" I asked. He squeezed my hand.

"I'm proud to show people that I belong to you." I felt embarrassed about being embarrassed. He didn't care what people said and I shouldn't either. Austin searched my neck to see the hickey but didn't see it. "Are you embarrassed of me?" He asked.
