*jack j*

I woke up with a splitting headache and feeling sick to my stomach. Once I felt  the vomit rise up I jumped off the couch and ran towards the bathroom. After I finished vomiting, I flushing the toilet, leaning against the wall with my head in my hands.

What happened last night?

This isn't even my house but why does it look oddly familiar?

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.

"Jack, are you alright?"

I know that voice. It wasn't as soft and angelic as Alyssa's but it was still soft. Okay, that didn't make any sense.

"Jack? Can I open the door?"

"Um, yeah."

The door opened and the red head that Alyssa calls a best friend walks in. She sat down next to me but winced.

That was weird.

"Jack, are you alright? You had a little too much fun last night. Oh and here's some Advil."

She handed me a bottle of Advil and a glass of water.

"Thanks," I paused taking the pills really quickly. "What happened last night?"

"You had a little too much fun at the party. Got wasted and I brought you back here before anything else happened."

I rubbed my eyes. Yeah I remember the prom but after we left its a blur.

"What time is it?"

"Eleven thirty. Why?"

I sprung up and grabbed my bag of clothes I packed for last night.

"Where are you going?" Cat asked me.

"To see Alyssa. I got to go."

I looked at her before I left the front door. Her eyes showed pure hatred.

My eyebrows furrowed together, "Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Why do you even like Alyssa anyway?" She asked without hesitation.

Now I'm even more confused.

"I mean, she's just a foster kid and you're world wide famous. Wouldn't you think you can go for someone better than her?"

Rage built up inside me. I threw my bag to the floor and strode up to her getting in her face.

"I don't know what your deal is but Alyssa happens to be your best friend. The only person who actually talked to her at school. Why would you say such a thing about her?"

"Because once I figured out that she's dating you, I only used her to get to you, and it worked," she wore a shit eating smirk on her face.

"What do you mean it worked?"

"You'll find out. Check her email," she shrugged and went up the stairs.

My face became red with anger. It feels like I can just scream at the top of my lungs.

My body shook and before I knew it my fist connected to the wall making the whole house shake.

Releasing my hand from the wall I screamed, "Go to hell you greedy, untrustworthy bitch!"

I ran out of the house grabbing my overnight bag in the process. After sprinting several blocks, I finally made it to the Gilinskys' home. I burst through the door and bolted up the stairs.
