The bell rang and I quickly swung my book bag over my shoulder and almost ran up to Mr. Rahman to get my phone back.

"May I have my phone back?"

He let out an annoyed huff, "Miss Gilinsky you know I do not tolerate the use of cell phones in my class. I can turn this into administration and get a Saturday detention."

My breathe caught in my throat. Katherine is going to kill me.

"But," he began again. "I will only give it back because your average is improving since you got a tutor."

He went in his desk and pulled the familiar case that covered my phone out of the drawer.

"I better not see you use it again or it will be turned over to administration. Both in my class and in the hallway."

"Yes sir," I nodded my head.

He handed my phone back to me and I took off, sliding my phone back in my pocket where it belonged.

I rushed out of the classroom and over to my locker where Cat was already standing.

"What happened this time? Failed test? Not understanding the materiel?" Cat asked, crossing her arms.

"Phone taken away for texting during class," I replied.

"Finally!" She yelled as she raised her arms to praise the Lord.

"Yeah, yeah I finally got caught. Get over yourself."

Yeah, I use my phone a lot during class but never got caught until now.

Once I swung my locker open an envelope fell out.

I looked at Cat with a confused glance. She just looked and me with an excited smile. I picked it up and read what was written on the front.

It was JJ's handwriting.

"Mi Amor (yeah I know Spanish!)"

I giggled as I opened it up and it read:

"My beautiful angel, Lyssa,

My light of my world. My gorgeous love bug. My love. My happiness. My one in seven billion.

I just wanted to send you a quick note 'cause baby you're Worth It (I know you hate that song X'D)

Okay, all jokes aside. I hope you're having a great day sweetheart, I love you.

I'll talk to you after school <3."

"But how did this get in my locker?" I asked Cat.

"He mailed it to my house and asked me to put it in your locker for you," she smiled

"Aww, I have he best boyfriend in the whole world," I said as I folded the paper and put it in my book bag. "C'mon let's go to lunch."

As I started walking I swear I heard, very faintly under Cat's breathe, "Not for long."

"Coming!" She followed behind.

Maybe it's all in my head.
