I got dressed into new fresh clothes. That made me happy. I laid on my bed and closed my eyes for a moment.
Die........
Something whispered into my ear as I laid there. I screamed and ran into Luke's room.
"I'm sorry for not knocking.."
I said immediately after walking in with my eyes closed.
"Are you decent?..."
I asked.
"Yeah. You can open your eyes."
I opened my eyes and Luke was standing in front of me shirtless.
"I can see you blushing."
He said.
"U-uh. I'm not even blushing."
I said back.
"Anyway. Why did you burst in here so quickly? Is something wrong?"
He said as he put on his t-shirt.
"No. Nothing's wrong. I just came back like you told me to.."
"Katie, that's bullshit."
"No it's not! I promise.."
I said and trailed off. Because my promise was a lie.
"Okay."
He said and laughed.
"You ready to go?"
He asked.
"Yeah."
I replied.
