I walked into the next room. It was a fairly empty room. Alex was standing in the middle of it.
"Hello, Katie."
He said.
"Hi."
I said.
"Alright. So. I'm going to teach you about CQC. Or, close quarters combat. It's basically just all you need to know about kicking and punching and stuff. It's what your going to use for the majority of your spar with Luke. So. Come stand in front of me."
I walked over to him. And stood in front of him like he said.
"Okay. Now. You'll need to develop a stance."
He grabbed my hips and lightly kicked my left foot to bend my leg. He did the same with the other foot. He grabbed my wrists and moved them over my chest and my fists over my face. He moved in front of me and said,
"Okay. Now. Relax that a little bit. Don't be lazy. But relaxed."
I did as he said.
"Good. Now..."
He didn't finish his sentence and he threw a hard fast punch at my face. I failed to block it and I fell to the ground.
"OW! I didn't think we were at that stage yet."
I said kinda muffled. I stood up slowly and spit blood.
"Are you alright?"
Asked Alex.
"Yeah."
I said and frowned.
"Okay. So. Uh.. Your supposed to block that..."
"I know that now."
I said.
He threw another unexpected punch and I blocked and kicked him in the nuts.
"Stop doing that."
I said and frowned.
"Ow....."
He laid on the floor, clutching his balls.
"Yeah. Uh... Your supposed to block that."
I said mocking him.
"I deserved that.. Sorry."
He said and laughed weakly.
