"Hey... Uhm... I actually never got your name..."
He said.
"O-Oh!! Kate. Or.. Katie."
"Ah. Nice name.. How've you been?"
"Good. You?"
"Good."
He replied and smiled.
"Uh... I actually have to get going.... Here."
He handed me a toonie for my coffee and said,
"Call me."
Smiled, and left. I had nothing else to do. And he seemed a little suspicious. So I followed him. We made it to this little church. He looked around, and opened the door and walked in. There was an insignia over the church door. I frowned and creeped up to the door and quietly opened it. I saw him turn down a hallway, so I sped up in attempt not to lose him. But when is turned down the same hallway he was gone. I slowly walked down the hallway. Carefully watching every step. Then, I got pinned against the hallway wall. I gasped and he held his hand over my lips. It was Luke.
"Why did you follow me???!"
He whisper shouted.
"You aren't allowed to be here!! Your human!"
Human.... Aren't you also human?...
I thought to myself. He removed his hand from my mouth.
"Shhh!"
He said.
"O-okay!..."
I said quietly.
He took my hand and started running up the stairs at the end of the hallway. And ran down another hallway with a series of doors. He stopped at one and quickly entered and slammed the door behind him.
Is this his room?...
I thought. He sat on the bed.
"Now... Would you like to tell me why you followed me?"
He asked.
"Uh... I. You.. Looked suspicious. So I followed you. That's kinda it.. You intrigued me. And I had nothing better to do. And I wasn't really thinking either.."
I trailed off. There was a violent knock on the door that made me jump.
"Go!!! Hide!!!"
He whisper shouted.
