*It's been a few days and we are going straight into the drama. We see Kushina with her girls in the living room, Jiraiya was there too, in case Kushina needed some support. Kushina was pacing from one side of the room to another in a nervous fashion as she looked at her daughters' and smiled nervously at them. It has taken her a few weeks but she somehow managed to find the courage inside herself to confess her sins to her girls.*

Kushina: ok, everybody is here. Is everybody comfortable?

Narumi: Yeah? What's going on Mom? You don't normally call family meetings.

*Narumi asked confused as she watched her mother walking, she had never seen her this nervous before. Something was definitely wrong and Narumi didn't like it. Whoever made her mom feel like this, she was going to pay. Kushina sees the determined huff of Narumi and her crossing her little arms, just ready to defend her mother. It was an action that made Kushina's smile to become softer. She could do this. She had to do this. The longer she waited the worse it would be for her. With a deep breath, Kushina started, saying the truth.*

Kushina: I know baby, but the occasion called for it. I.... I have a confession to make. I don't know how to say it gently. So I'm just gonna rip it out and say it. Narumi, Mito. You have a brother.

Narumi: What? What do you mean we have a brother?

*Narumi asked confused, looking utterly shocked at what she just heard. What surprised Jiraiya was how Narumi was the only one who seemed surprised by the words that Kushina just said. Kushina just confessed that she had a son, that Mito and Narumi had a brother, and Narumi was the only one shocked by the revelations. Some things aren't adding up. Mito for her part, held her skirt tightly, as she gave a shaky breath. She may not be as smart as he cousin Karin, but she can connect the dots, Karin's pen-pal was an Uzumaki, she knew that they had a brother out there somewhere. Ergo, Naruto had to be the pen-pal and that pen-pal was their brother.*

Mito: You're talking about Naruto, aren't you?

Narumi: Wait. You knew? You knew and you never told me?!

*Narumi yelled, her emotions quickly going from surprise to anger looking at her sister with a betrayed look on her face, they were supposed to be sisters. They were supposed to be closer to each other than they were to even Karin, and yet Mito kept this secret from her. Mito gave Narumi a side glance but she didn't look guilty, not even for a second, since the reason why she kept quiet was pretty obvious. Narumi wasn't calm enough to keep a secret.*

Mito: Because I knew you would get like this and then confront Mom!

Kushina: How long have you known?

*Kushina asked surprised looking at Mito. Kushina expected Karin to already know, but she had no idea that Mito also knew that she had a brother out there somewhere. Or well, not somewhere in Konoha. It seems that Karin wasn't the only one keeping secrets from Kushina. She should be angry but that's a good quality for a shinobi. Mito for her part, looked down at her skirt. How long has she known? How long has it been since they went to Suna? At least half a year or more.*

Mito:.... since we left Suna.

Narumi: You've been keeping this from me for months?! What the hell! I'm your sister!

*Narumi yelled at Mito feeling absolutely betrayed by her own sister. In fact, she felt more than betrayed, she felt hurt. Hurt that Mito thought so little of her that she would go around and keep this secret. They had a brother, who was not Mito's secret to keep. Narumi had a right to know about this. So was Karin to a lesser extent, but Narumi was concentrated on herself. Mito just shrugged her shoulders, Narumi may have had a right to know, but that doesn't mean she was gonna tell her, She knew how Narumi would've reacted, she would've confronted their mother and that would've made everything so much worse.*
