I held on the Luke's hand as we walked down the beach. we had just eaten a great dinner at the restaurant Luke's been wanting to go to, played some games at the carnival, and we're now taking a romantic walk down the beach at sunset. I looked over my shoulder to see Michael setting up a camera to record the next few moments; moments that would change our lives forever. I stopped walking and turned to face Luke.

"Luke, dating for these past years have been amazing. you're the perfect person for me, and I love every part of you; from your beautiful blonde hair to your pigeon toed feet. I would love to be with you forever." before I could give the next part of my speech Luke leaned down (short!calum bc y not) and captured my lips in a kiss before nodding.

"Calum I love you too, and I want to be with you forever too, so..." he bent down on one knee and pulled out a small ring box "so will you marry me?"

Michaels pov

I watched through the camera as Luke cut Calum off in his speech and tried to stifle a laugh so the camera didn't pick it up.

"why are you laughing so hard?" I was about to answer my boyfriend who had come with me when Luke bent down on one knee. I ignored Ashton completely and watched Calum's whole face drop. I let my full laugh lose when Calum got angry and threw his ring box at Luke's chest.

"seriously Mike, what's going on?" I stopped laughing at the tone of Ashton's voice and turned to look at him now.

"Luke and Calum both came to me asking how to propose to each other. so I told them both the same idea and now Luke just proposed to Calum right when Calum was gunna propose to him" I turned back to the camera to see Luke and Calum yelling at each other but I'm not able to hear what they're saying.

"that is so mean Mikey, and knowing them this little disagreement will spiral completely out of control" I shrugged.

"but for right now, it's just funny" I watched as Calum and Luke finished yelling at each other and stormed off in opposite directions. "okay there maybe a problem"

Luke's pov

it's been almost a week since Calum and I "proposed" to each other and I haven't talked to him since.

after we stormed off I went to Mashton's house and have been staying with them. we both completely over reacted and said some things we shouldn't have but I'm not gunna be the one to give in, it's been too long.

I was layed on the couch flicking through the channels trying to decide what to watch when the front door opened and in walked Ashton dragging Calum inside.

I stood up and looked at Calum, who avoided my eyes. Ashton walked and stood in between us.

"alright this 'fight' has gone on long enough. I don't understand why you're even fighting; so what one of you didn't get to propose like you planned? you should happy that both of you wanted to get married, that you wouldn't be rejected. plus it was pretty funny. think of it however you like: funny, ironic, reassuring; but don't think badly of it. plus i want to be someones best man so there has to be a wedding"; (preach ashton)

I looked up at Calum after the space and slowly got down on one knee again.

"will you marry me?" I asked looking straight into his eyes and skipping my little "I love you" speech. his brown eyes softened and he nodded.

"only if you will marry me" he also got down on his knee and gave my this cheeky grin.

"of course I will Cal" my voice cracked on his name because I was trying to hold in the tears. he reached over and placed the ring on my finger and I placed his ring on his finger.

"now this is a proposal"
