"Hey Jackson...where are you going?" Leo asked, surprising me by coming from behind. I did not expect him to be here. Not Leo.
It was 2 in the night, and I was standing near the border of the camp. We were expected to be asleep long before, in our cabins.
"You know my answer only too well" I sighed, my voice filled with despair.
"But you can't leave the like this, Percy...please" Leo insisted.
Yes. I was going to leave. Run away from camp half blood. I felt betrayed, ignored. It was now not the same place I knew a few years before. I had to leave.
"You know my answer, Leo. Now I can't bear to stay here a minute longer" I replied. "I must leave. "
"Then I will go with you. " Leo snapped."stop being childish and please leave. " I was getting angrier by the minute.
"Then I won't let you go as well" Leo won't give up. I gave in. "Then come, if that's what you wish. "I said, exasperated.
Leo ran back to his room to gather his things.
What made me take this decision? Why did it become a different place altogether? There was one reason to it.
