CHAPTER 9: Son of Nyx.

ANNABETH'S POV:
So finally me and...yeah, Percy are together once more.

I was really happy. Happier than ever before.

Last night, we discovered that Henry was Nyx's son. You got it right...NYX'S son.

He was a spy, a traitor. No doubt we were always curious of why he was not claimed, no one had expected him to be nyx's son.

So, we have decided that his identity would not be revealed. Also, no one would be told of Henry being a traitor.

Percy thought that there still might be more traitors, and disclosing Henry's secret would alert them.

Percy has also told me about Leo. I would soon give him a piece of my mind, for disappearing like this.

PERCY'S POV:
I was walking towards the stables, when I heard trampling of hooves.

"Is that you, boss?" A voice spoke in my mind.

I turned, and saw...blackjack!! So he had recognised me.

I smiled. I had really missed him in last 1 year, and now, his standing there, taller and mightier than ever, made me happy.

He snorted. "So you left with us thinking you dead, eh?" He did sound displeased.

I suddenly heard heard noise of someone running at me.

I quickly gestured blackjack to remain quiet.

There came a boy of about my age, blonde hair, wearing a sleeveless camp half blood tee.

It was Jason. "Hi, I'm Jason."

'Um...hi, I'm slayer. ' I said. Another friend, who needed to be explained everything soon....

"You can disclose your identity to me, Percy" he smirked, and gave me a hug.

"Missed you man...I met Leo, and he told me, you were back" he said.

"Missed you too, Jason" I grinned.

His expression became stern. "You have got much explaining to da, son of posideon" he teased.

"But first things first.....back there, that dumb head Henry is throwing a tantrum about you, and you must see to it" Jason said.

Surprised, I followed him. On reaching there, we saw that there was a huge crowd gathered near him.

He was shouting. "These worriers are our enemies. Slayer is teamed up with Nyx and wants to destroy the camp" he blurted.

Interesting. The demigods merrily snorted. Everyone seemed to think of him as a nasty nuisance.

I stepped forward. He turned red when he saw me, and stepped towards me. "You are a traitor...campers want you and your fellow warriors to leave the camp, NOW...."

Traitor, eh? I couldn't take it any more. Anyone saying it would have been bad, but Henry saying it made it worse.

Anger surged through me. "Traitor?" I stepped forward, and threw a punch at him.

I heard a satisfying crunch of a bone breaking. The crowd suddenly looked excited. Henry gave a sharp cry of pain. Nerd!

He soon gained consciousness and rose. "You are dead, slayer. I'm gonna...I'm gonna...I'll go to Chiron..." He began 

He was cut off by a sound from behind.

" why don't you let a duel decide, tonight at 8?" The crowd cheered.

I knew the sound only too well. It was Leo Valdez. That guy... I suppressed a smile.

"Ok, then. It is decided" Henry said, giving a lopsided grin.

"The one to loose, leaves the camp." He added. The boy was pretty confident.

So, here i am, getting ready for the fight, which is only 2 hours after.

Sorry, guys... I couldn't write yesterday...I had some exam at school.
I hope you liked the chapter. The next chapter has the fight between the two. The chapter was quite short. The next update probably in a few hours.
