CHAPTER 4: The Underworld.

2 weeks later....

LEO'S POV:
So...we have been in the underworld for, maybe about 2 weeks?....time is hard in underworld.

Zeus and hades wanted me and Percy to command the underworld forces. Why they wanted to keep it a secret, I don't know.

Maybe because are godly parents won't ever have agreed...underworld was too dangerous.

The forces of underworld are strong, but could not have resisted the enemy force's attacks for another week if no proper command was provided.

As I said, underworld was dangerous.....the day we came, we had to face a attack by nyx's minions.

We fought for what seemed like eternity, and managed to overthrow them. Percy was the one to kill the most enemies.

This show of power made Percy accepted as the supreme commander of the forces, and he was given the name "slayer".

I was made the sub commander, just below Percy. I was given the title"shadow".

So far, we have managed to keep the forces at bay...about the future, we can never be sure.

AFTER ANOTHER TWO WEEKS.

PERCY's POV :
Looks like about a month has passed, since we have come in underworld.

There are wars every second day. So far, everything has worked out well.

It keeps my mind away from the camp...and annabeth. I don't really miss it much. It's just that Remembering about it gives me pain.

Zeus has come to visit us today. So we are walking towards the palace.

"Congratulation to have managed to survive, you two" Zeus remarked. I merrily smirked.

"I have come give you a very special present, due to your faithful service, Percy" Zeus continued.

"And what is that, Lord Zeus?"Leo asked.

"It would be better if you see for yourself" Zeus said.

With this, he muttered some spell in Ancient Greek, and, before him, came 5 people in the room.

"I have managed to bring back 5 people from the dead. They would now serve as your subordinates. "

When I saw them, I was dumbfounded. I couldn't speak, or even move. All five of them from there smiled at me...

Holy hades! They were namely- Zoè, Bianca, Beckendorf, castor, and...oh my gods, LUKE!

However, more surprise awaited me. Out of the shadows came out a figure. 

"Couldn't hide from me for long in the underworld, Jackson, could you?" Nico smiled.

ANNABETH'S POV:
Percy has been missing, for almost an year now.

Many say he is dead. His blood marks have been found few miles away.

I know, however, this is not true. My seaweed brain couldn't die...could he?

No one knows what happened. I do. The day he disappeared, I kissed Henry.

That creep of a boy...I hate him. That day,some kids from Aphrodite cabin pranked on me, making me lose my wits, and tricking me to kiss that geek.

Maybe Percy saw us. I really do miss him. The camp has become dull without him. I just for once, want to tell him, all the truth, and that how much I love him.

Most of my time is spent trying to find him.

Leo has also disappeared. I wish they are both together and safe....

LEO'S POV:
About an year has passed, since we left the camp.

New friends have certainly been a great help. Percy has forgiven Luke.

Toady, hades and Zeus are to visit us, for something important. I wish it is something good...

PERCY'S POV:
'Yes, Lord Zeus." I stood in front of Zeus an hades, 7 of my commanders behind me, all dressed in armours.

"It's something important, that I have to tell you guys"Zeus straight away comes to the point.

"You all have so far done extremely well. You have managed to save the underworld from the threat of Nyx. " Zeus continued.

"However, now, you must confront her in the mortal world, where,Percy, you might have to face Titans again. You now will have to face her where she is most expected to attack"Zeus says.

"Where, Lord Zeus?" It was Leo who spoke.

"You will have to return to camp half blood" Zeus replied.

Wait...what? No way. This couldn't be possible! Even the fates couldn't devise the fate so twisted....
