CHAPTER 21: Ethan again!

FRANK'S POV:

It's great to be with these guys again! I've seen them all after about 2 year.

The last year, at camp Jupiter went quite well. Me and hazel have been together for about 3 years now.

We had enjoyed a lot, really, but it was not half as much fun, as with these guys...It made me remember of the old times we had had, during and after the war....

Those were the times! It was all dangerous, yes. But then, we were all together. All of us.

So many times I had wished, to go back to camp half blood...back to my friends, but I was the praetor now. It was my camp. How could I leave it?

Only Jason and piper had visited the camp in between. Ahh... Annabeth told me about the accident he had.

Poor piper had to stay there as well! She told me about Leo and Percy's disappearance too.

"Hey, Zhang? You comin'? Dinner is ready!" Leo asked, suddenly knocking me back in the real world.

Leo! I missed him too.afterall, he had given me a really amazing gift...the pouch..

And to know he was back with calypso. I was really happy for this guy.

"Umm...frank?.." Leo called again.

"Yep...I'll be there in a minute...." I said, embarrassed.

I left my room for the dinner...

CALYPSO'S POV:

"She could take my room" Leo volunteered. "I can always go and sleep with buford down the engine room".

We were all sitting in the living room, after the dinner. It was about 10 at night. A warm fire was ablaze in the fireplace.

They were all debating about where I should sleep. They didn't have enough rooms.

It really was very good to be with people, whom you could call friends again, after being stranded at that island for so long!

I was glad Leo rescued me, really. It was good to be with him again. He was pretty much the same as last time....maybe a little more crazy and scrawny...

"Hey, that's totally fine... I could sleep out on the deck. I'm used to it. Don't worry" I protested.

"Nope. And... We never know when we might face another attack.... " Leo said.

"Leo's got a point. Ethan's away. It's not safe. Also, it's just for a day. We'd reach there tomorrow" Percy finished.

LEO'S POV:

We all stood up to go to bed. Everyone dispersed. Calypso however remained.

"Leo, if you want I can still manag-" she began.

I smiled. "That's totally fine.... And we'd be there by tomorrow, as Percy said." I replied.

We together walked on the deck. It was quite cold out there. The weather was clear and stars were shining.

"Looks like you've got some repairing to do afterwards." She said. "I can always help".

"Ahh... That's really nothing much..it's not as bad as it looks.." I said.

It was quite true. The ship wasn't much damaged. Yeah, there was a big hole, but nothing, really, much serious.

We talked for about another half an hour. Then she rose.

"Umm..it's getting quiTe late now..I should go. Goodnight" she said.

I left her to the room. "Goodnight" I smiled, when we had reached the door.

She smiled. Then I quietly tiptoed to the engine room. It was actually not much of a room.

It was way too big for one. Almost about half the size of a football ground.

It covered the entire ships base. It had the engine and every thing of the ship.

Yeah.. There were sounds there all the time. Of the gears and motors and gods know what!

I didn't go there much. Just when ship needed repairs.

I was walking silently. Only gushing of Waves could be heard.

Just when I was about 50 yards away from the door of the room, I heard it creaking and opening slowly!

I was immediately alert. I quickly hid behind a pole.

A silhouette of a boy came into view, with a sword in hand.

I was shocked! Ethan!! He'd been hiding in the engine room all along!
