Hmm...

The size of the surrounding camp was surprisingly smaller than the medical ones. As I held a piece of bread in one hand, chewing the sustenance, I kept quietly to myself on this cliff. From above, looking through the decent quality binoculars that I nabbed off some random crate along the way, I analysed the faraway camp from my position.

So... down there's the frontlines.

It was completely different from the medical camp I was currently inside.

Konohagakure has 3 official medical bases, including other medical bases from allied shinobi's. This also meant there was a high chance I could bump into some grudgeful Cloud-nin's if I'm not careful. Although it seems this base is home to Waterfall-nin's.

I engulfed the last piece of the bread in my mouth by shoving it down my throat.

As for Uncle...

Turning the binoculars away from the chaos of the frontlines, I angled them closer toward the directions of some Akatsuki bases I was already aware of. Although from where I stood, so very far, it was hard to even scan with my chakra.

"Damn." With a sigh, I dropped my arm down, using my free hand to wipe off crumbs from my cloak.

"Hey, you!" A shinobi called, rushing over.

Reluctantly, I gave the female my full attention. She was wearing the headband of Waterfall, a medic in a hurry.

"...Yes?"

"Pull down your hood! I need to verify your identity." She demanded, standing firm.

Sakura... This better work.

I recalled the last minute touch-up's she had me do.

"I forgot to mention... Pretty much only Tsunade-Sama and I know you're here thanks to your uncle." Sakura suddenly dropped, her tongue sheepishly out as if it wasn't a bomb onto my situation. "Oh, and well... my tent, too. But I had them super convinced that you were on our side! Which... you are, right?" She wore a nervous smile behind me in the mirror.

I blinked tightly before taking an awkward glance at my reflection. Sakura put me in a green wig. The brown contacts in my eyes were uncomfortable. As for my chakra? I've concealed it with ease. Though, I was bound to be questioned for that.

"If Tsunade-Sama knows... Why isn't she saying anything about it?" I frowned, itching my false scalp.

Sakura rubbed her chin as she tried to recall her letter from the Fifth. "She said something about... her personal trump card?"

Ah, I see.

I'm a silent shadow. Absolutely nothing new about that. No matter where I am, I'm the epitome of least expected. I'm not sure if this is a feat or not.

"My name is Katsumi." I recite, pushing down the hood. The wind helps move the green strands to sit more naturally on my shoulders. "Of Leaf. I was sent here to observe the statistics."

The Waterfall-nin squinted. "What's a Leaf-nin without chakra doing in the middle of a war, doing here?" She questioned, staring straight at Uncle's headband tied around my forehead.
